Very Good
I liked how the location was tucked behind the street so it away from the noise and the atmosphere was very pretty
The Wi-Fi was very bad, very slow and kept cutting out

Wonderful
The place itself is amazing, lovely hotel to stay in, and quite close to all the attractions, 20 minute walk to colosseum. It was clean and there are no issues about the place at all. We found the stay to be very good.
The location isnt the best. The surrounding area has graffiti all over every wall, and is not ideal, during daytimes it is safe but ive heard from locals that you should not be staying around there after midnight as there are druggies who might get violent

A beautiful experience. The atmosphere is romantic, in the true spirit of Italy. The hotel staff were at our service the entire time and were very warm and welcoming. The room was clean. What impressed me the most was that they love animals and have several cats in the courtyard, as well as an engraved inscription “Mary” in memory of a cat that passed away. There are good people in this hotel. We will definitely come back again.

The location
The room was terribly small, the bed uncomfortable and the bathroom rather impractical

Very close to a bus stop and another main bus hub area...we walked and used the bus and lot. Supermarket is at the corner literally a 10 second walk. The area was heavy on the graffiti but that is really all over Rome. The staff was super nice and friendly. It is a a great budget friendly option.
I wish the breakfast was included.

Booking a cab from the hotel was easy. Staff was helpful in booking you one. Breakfast was good and cheap for EUR7 for everything but we stayed for 5 nights and it's the same daily. :)
I asked for a hot water for my to-go coffee one day and I was charged for 3 euro. I wasn't aware so maybe it's my fault. Haha.

Wonderful
It was pure Rome. So quaint, clean, cost, quiet.
The breakfast choices were amazing, fresh and plentiful with coffee. There was a bar and a gorgeous outside area
The beds were super hard. I managed with a blanket under neath to soften it a bit. The power would short when using the kettle.

The vintage building was beautiful with marble throughout and a courtyard/garden in the front where one could picnic. There were restaurants, cafes, and a grocery store close by.
The walls were very thin and we could hear the people in the room next door especially when in the bathroom. The neighborhood was a bit seedy. There was trash on the streets and a few homeless people. The Vatican was a 40+ minute commute by walking to bus station and long bus ride. Metro was further away. One must be able to navigate the public transportation system using GPS.

It was fairly close to the bus station. A grocery is also nearby. Restaurants are also nearby. The staff there are very nice, helpful, and accommodating. Mr. Alessandro helped us navigate around Rome with a map. The cappuccino is just the best there! Our room was very modern with it’s “antique” design
The surroundings were full of graffiti but not on the property itself, and also not their fault. It makes the place feel sketchy but once you get used to it, it’s actually safe even at night

There was free parking available, which we were able to utilize. They also let us check in early. The front desk staff gave us a map with a great run down of major points to hit in Rome. Our room also had a large outdoor balcony/seating area that was as large as the room itself.
Additionally, the hotel is located outside of a ZTL.
The free WiFi was terrible. We often had difficulty connecting to the WiFi.
While I am aware that leaving room keys at the front desk can be the norm in some areas, we almost always had to wait to either pick up or drop off our room key upon arriving/leaving the property.
The bathroom in our room left much to be desired. The shower had mold in between the tiles as well as on the ceiling tiles. The "fancy" shower head was not centered, instead placing it so close to the door that we often bumped the door, which is unfortunate as the door did not fully seal due to its accordion style. Also, the heated towel rack was non-functional along with the low flow flush button on the toilet.
The room was quite warm, our room had 2 AC units, with only 1 somewhat functioning. The room only felt cool if we left it running all day.
If you want to blow dry your hair, good luck. My friend tried the bathroom outlet as well as an outlet in the room to use the blow dryer. Both tripped the breaker.
Overall the hotel seems to have fallen into a state of disrepair. There was a hole in the wall of our bathroom, the ceiling outside our room, the marble baseboard outside our room... Additionally, the headboard was incredibly worn with green/white areas where others have rested their heads. The wall paper was also peeling, along with apparent wear spots in the floor.
Location-wise, any public transportation stops are a 20min walk, with many of the nearby bus stops no longer active.

Pleasant
Location, the fact that I can check in later at night.
Rooms don't look at all like in the pictures, at least the ones we stayed in didn't. I think we even got a different one than what I booked. It was noisy, bathroom was so cramped. I had to get out to change as I had to hug the walls to pass to the shower, can't even turn around properly without doing some parkour around the toilet.
