Great location and in the main friendly staff
It’s a four star hotel and the only time you can get a coffee is a breakfast. Breakfast is limited and very focused on sweet food that is bought in.

The bed was comfortable
The hotel did not know of our arrival. They said it was because we booked via Booking.com. there is nothing worst than not be made to feel welcome when you arrive to your hotel. It was quite embarassing. Also the room looked really tired. The bathroom's facilities were chipped and everything felt just tired and not special for the €220 a night. Breakfast was also very average. We won't be back.

Bathroom is terrible, bathtub was broken with mold on the walls.
Breakfast is average for a 4 star hotel, no hot dishes except omlette that wasn't refilled.....

We LOVED our stay here!!! The hotel and gardens were beautiful! The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more welcoming. Breaking on the patio was lovely as well. The location was perfect for walking to many of the sights and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and comfortable… with the beds were not so hard. We will definitely return!

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredible. Simone, Sandrina and Nandia went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We were a large group there for a wedding and they helped us with our ironing transportation etc. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location we walked to all the major attractions. The staff were super friendly and helpful nothing was a problem. Lots of restaurants nearby. They have a lovely garden where you can have breakfast or an afternoon refreshment. Highly recommend.
The bed was a little hard but other than that perfect.
