The hotel accommodated our family of 5 very comfortably! The staff was incredible and provided top notch hospitality. Walkable, or a short drive, to most of the main attractions in Rome :). Would stay again!

Location was excellent, all main attractions within 30 minute walk. Room was great, as were the staff. Breakfast good, coffee excellent and the roof terrace was very nice for an early evening cocktail. Would definitely stay here again!

We always stay at Hotel Smeraldo when in Rome. The location to Campo di Fiore makes it a dream. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. I won’t consider anywhere else when in Rome.

Very clean and nice hotel. Has lovely rooftop bar with appetizers. Also has a lift and A/C. Important for me. Staff was friendly. I missed it but seemed like they do provide a nice breakfast as well. Location is just down the street from Campo de'Fiori and close to a bridge over to Trestevere as well. Will likely stay there again.
The only thing I didn't like was my room was very small. This fact was not hidden on booking and quite clearly called it a small room. I took it because it was the only room available.

The room was immaculate and comfortable. The people were really accomodating! The only issue was having enough space to hang wet towels, since they asked us to conserve.

Location was great, near Piazza Navona. Staff friendly and helpful, very clean. Breakfast was included and great.
We did have to carry some heavy suitcases up the last flight to our suite because the elevator did not go the whole way up. Not unexpected in Europe but good to know in advance so you can plan accordingly.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hotel is clean, cozy, fun, and perfectly located – close to everything. The staff are incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming. Special thanks to Leonardo at the front desk – he felt like a friend and took care of everything we needed with a smile. We loved every minute and were so happy to extend our stay. Highly recommended!

Great location, great service and we wereupgraded without even asking, and Leonardo was very professional and a gentlemen. The suite they put us in was one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever had in Europe.

The location, the standard, the welcome and helpfulness of the staff, the roof top terrace bar.
The air conditioning struggled to cool the room enough at night and the internet access was non existent in room 207.
