As previously stated, you will need a car to move around the area. There is one restaurant within walking distance which we haven't tried. However, the hotel is easily accessible from the highway and an excellent choice for a short stay prior to heading to Rome Fiumicino Airport (about 25 min drive). Although the decor is outdated, everything was well kept and maintained. We requested a crib for our baby, and when we arrived everything was prepared in our room, with cute bed sheets which she really liked. The breakfast buffet is very good. A/C worked well which we appreciated being there in late July.

Good option for 1 night if you are flying in or out of Fiumicino airport - which is about 30 minutes drive.
It's in a suburb of Rome, with a good restaurant within a few minutes walking distance. (Hotel can provide a discount coupon)
Parking is not a problem
They even have a garden, outside seating area, and a little playground.
Breakfast was very basic
Nothing not to like, just be realistic about it :)

The property is tucked away on the outskirts of Rome and it’s so peaceful.
The staff are so friendly and the hotel is clean. Breakfast is also amazing.

We looked for a hotel near Fiumicino Airport.
Our choice was perfect. A medium size family hotel, well kept, quite, friendly, and clean.
We spent a night before our flight and arrived to the Airport in 15 min.
Highly recommended.
Breakfast is included in the price but its served only after 7:30 AM.
I was expecting that a hotel near the airport to be more flexible with the serving hours.

Based on my friend's opinion (who had one of our rooms): Big parking. Friendly staff. Non-stop bar. Good size apartment and bathroom. Comfortable beds. Store is near. Good restaurant is near.
Breakfast is poor, no vegetables. But the coffee is great...

It was a beautiful older villa, but I didn't realize how far outside of the Rome city center it was. It cost quite a bit to get back in to town to do the things we wanted to do.
It was far out of town. the air conditioner didn't work. the rooms were very warm.
