Stunning location with charming terrace overlooking Rome for a delicious breakfast. Best of all we were looked after by the super-friendly staff (Sam in reception)

The location was excellent, and the staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Our room was very small just enough to walk around the bed. The bathroom was even smaller as you could sit on the toilet and use the sink at the same time.

Daniel was especially helpful. However, we confirmed that we would have two twin beds and when we arrived and were given our room we only had one bed our room was switched. Also, the breakfast was amazing.

The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance of all the main tourist places. The room was a good size and clean, not too loud and comfy beds - we both slept well. There is a room above our room with free coffee/tea/water and snacks as well as breakfast included

The property was near Spagna metro, branded shops and global tax refund office. A lot of food options if willing to walk minimally 10mins or more.
We had to stay at another building and lug or baggage over uneven terrain. There was no lift and if you had big luggage, you would have difficulty. Shower cubicle was micro, smaller than Japan and shower had no pressure and little to no hot water to shower. You had to be lucky to get hot water to shower. The bidet was faulty and the heater in room didn’t work. The restaurant on the left of hotel had bad service and food was mediocre at best. Over priced for microwaveable food. They even have the cheek to ask for tips. There were also flies for the floor when they seated us outside. Hygiene quite bad. Not sure why they still are in business.

Great location lovely apartment
The apartment we had run out of hot water are fast could only mange 1 1/2 showers but slept 4 so was a struggle when getting ready to go out had to wait for the boiler to refill! Then people who worked their come in our room even when we had the do not disturb on the door!

Lovely hotel, Great location at the top of the Spanish steps. Lots of lovely restaurants & cafes at the end of the steps. Metro beside the hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

The rooms were stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast included a large variety of food / drinks and was situated in a roof top breakfast area. Located in a lovely part of Rome.
