This hotel is run by people who care a lot about what they do and want their guests to have a great experience. My partner and I stayed here for a week and they were able to accommodate my request for a queen bed. The hotel is conveniently located many of the major tourist attractions in Rome, and Christina at the front desk went above and beyond in recommending interesting and historical places in Rome that were more off the beaten track. The hotel is also within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, and the staff were always willing to provide coffee, snacks, and water. Overall, the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. After I felt sick a day into our trip, Christina very kindly offered to send up a thermos of tea, and gifted us a Christmas ornament since we were traveling close to the holidays. We would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom was a bit narrow. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was wonderful.

Very clean
Very expensive to not have a proper breakfast. I had yogurt a banana and muesli every day - the only things that were slightly healthy. You had to ask for every item of healthier foods. All other food was processed garbage food that was in sight and abundant. My room was pleasant but very noisy- traffic noise. The quieter room I was initially offered was like a cave with little light and window that opened to a wall.

Great location, just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Termini, restaurants and bus stops. The hotel is extremely clean, they make sure the rooms are perfect every day. Cristina, the owner, is very knowledgeable and will advise on places to visit and routes to take. She is super sweet and very kind! Her staff is also great! It was a great place to stay.

Great friendly and informative staff, I was upgraded from single to a lovely double room.
Lots of little snacks and hot drinks you can help self too, daily free bottles of water.
Just maybe if you are in rooms 11 or 12 shut the dividing door from reception to rooms on ground floor, as noise can travel but once shut it’s very quiet.

The room is neat and clean. Luciano and Cristina are excellent. I’ve been touring a lot, and haven’t seen a host as accomodating, warm and friendly like Cristina. She is the best!
Since it’s within the vicinity of most tourist attractions, you could hear the noise outside, although it tolerable. Compensated by the graciousness of Cristina and Luciano.

Breakfast not included, but there was many restaurants around. Good location, less than 15 mins walking from the Train station, 5 minutes walking from supermarket. Room was small but tidy, worth the price. People were nice and helpful. Additional, slippers, shampoo were provided.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel ✨
We went for our 5th anniversary celebration to Rome and booked this hotel, which was 10/10!
1) Perfect location- it’s 5-7min walk from train station Termini and very close to all touristic destinations. (Lots of bars and restaurants for breakfast, lunch or dinner).
2) it’s very clean ?- room was very clean, we had slippers, shower gel, shampoo, set for shaving ?, toothbrush ?and many more other complimentary products! (You will not get such nice treatment even at 4* hotels.). Our room was cleaned every day.
3) Air conditioner in a room - during cold nights we could turn on heating which was great, as you will not have in every hotel in Rome. Also this will be good during summer as you can cool down the temperature in room.
4) It’s quite- there is a good window isolation. We couldn’t hear anything from the street.
5) You can leave your baggage ? and explore city while your room is not ready or on your day of departure. Very comfortable.
6) The bed ? is big enough and very soft.
7) At the reception you will find coffee ☕️ water and snacks which you can eat.
8) The owners are so nice! If there is anything you need they will help - thank you so much for your hospitality. That was a pleasure ?

The hotel is positioned strategically, right next to Santa Maria Maggiore and near Stazione di Termini. The area is safe and populated, at the beginning of Monti. The staff went out of their way to make my one night stay perfect. I am especially thankful to Signora Cristina at the reception, who was so kind, caring, and helpful. I will return to the hotel as I enjoyed my stay, though rather brief, immensely.
