Exceptional
Location is outrageously good, you can walk to every major landmark. We only used the metro for the Vatican. Staff is 11/10 friendly and offered us free treats and drinks daily.
It is an older building so it can be stuffy, especially in hot weather. There is air conditioning though!

It was strange to see a huge bath-wirlpool in small and noisy "luxury" room we reserved, (actual bathroom with shower and toilet was tiny). Fortunately we were able to change it to a regular room but of corse much smaller, facing side street.

This hotel is run by people who care a lot about what they do and want their guests to have a great experience. My partner and I stayed here for a week and they were able to accommodate my request for a queen bed. The hotel is conveniently located many of the major tourist attractions in Rome, and Christina at the front desk went above and beyond in recommending interesting and historical places in Rome that were more off the beaten track. The hotel is also within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, and the staff were always willing to provide coffee, snacks, and water. Overall, the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. After I felt sick a day into our trip, Christina very kindly offered to send up a thermos of tea, and gifted us a Christmas ornament since we were traveling close to the holidays. We would definitely stay here again.
The bathroom was a bit narrow. Otherwise, everything at the hotel was wonderful.

The staff in this hotel are so welcoming and friendly. One lady realised it was my birthday the following day and went out and got me a present, she was so kind. Central area, clean rooms with a jacuzzi bath, tea/coffee, snacks available. Staff can’t help enough, we had a great time

I stayed one night only but I was exceptionally comfortable - the bed was amazing! - and the staff exceeded my expectations.

Very expensive to not have a proper breakfast. I had yogurt a banana and muesli every day - the only things that were slightly healthy. You had to ask for every item of healthier foods. All other food was processed garbage food that was in sight and abundant. My room was pleasant but very noisy- traffic noise. The quieter room I was initially offered was like a cave with little light and window that opened to a wall.

An absolutely wonderful accommodation with such friendly and considerate staff. The friendliness of the staff is the best part of this hotel. Coffee and water were available. We felt very welcome. The room was extremely clean and completely quiet. I will definitely stay here again in the future and can warmly recommend this place to others.

A fabulous location and super clean room. The staff were truly wonderful, they were there 24/7 to help out in any way. They made the stay so wonderful. Such beautiful people! I will be back :)
