Elizabeth and Marcello were outstanding front desk staff! They were super helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel and room were kept very clean. The location was excellent and a safe area for solo travelers.
My only comment here is that the shower floor was very slippery and the provided soap made it even more difficult. Some type of non-slip mat needs to be provided to keep guests safe from falling.

I like the neighborhood and the small, charming atmosphere. Staff is always most pleasant. I’ve stayed here many times and hope to return…
I can’t complain. Some would consider the furnishings a bit worn, but I overlook that for the charm of the place.

The location was wonderful! Near the Vatican which was very convenient for our early
morning skip the line tour. The street was quiet at night which made for a lovely night’s sleep.
The staff was very friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations. The rooms are a nice size for Europe and the beds and pillows were comfy. The hotel breakfast was good…wonderful coffee!

On the quiet side of the city near the Vatican. Once all the very busy restaurants and Vatican crowds go away in the late afternoon, very quiet area.

The staff was just phenomenal and went above and beyond at all times. They were so accommodating and helpful. They provided phenomenal recommendations and even helped when my father was unexpectedly inured. We loved how close everything was to the hotel and it was just a 10/10 experience.
The only and I mean ONLY thing that would have been helpful would have been a shuttle from the airport upon our arrival. Taxis were difficult to find and outrageously expensive. Other than that, everything was fabulous.

Location was great. Vatican City area was a great place to be! Very quaint, nice shower, AC worked very well. Walk out the front door with plenty of eating options and easy stroll to the Vatican. Front desk staff were great and booked our car to the airport. Lots of good recommendations. By far the best all around experience we had on our Italy trip.

I can’t say enough about this property! It was a wonderful experience! The small hotel sits on a street that is quintessential Italy. There’s a gelato spot next-door, multiple restaurants with outdoor seating. The hotel was beautifully maintained. And our room was fabulous. It was steps from the Vatican. We have stayed at a lot of places in Italy and this is the one that I would recommend over any other.

I was visiting Rome with my mom, and she wanted to spend more time around the Vatican. The location was perfect! The staff was extremely helpful, and the rooms were cleaned daily.
