The staff were so incredible here, allowing me to check in early after my long haul from Australia was such a kind gesture and it really made my day! They also provided me with a free room upgrade, and stored my luggage until the checkin time before putting these in the room for me so I didn't have to do this myself.
The room was really cute, the bath tub was a very nice touch.
Bed was comfy and the location is perfect being just a short few minute walk from Termini station - highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean, and every staff member was very pleasant/helpful. The included breakfast was excellent, as was the location (about a 5 minute walk from Roma Termini train station). Air conditioning was very comfortable.
It felt like there was no sound proofing of the room from the windows. Our rooms faced the street on the second floor and I heard everything outside (what sounded like garbage pickup at 1:00am) each night, and horrible loud noises at 6:00am Saturday morning. All sounded as if the window in the room was open! The tubs in both rooms are set unusually high up off the floor, need to be careful getting out.

The room was clean and was cleaned daily.
We were staying at a different building as where the hotel was. It was actually quite far from the hotel and was annoying to walk to the breakfast every morning outside.

Staff are friendly.
The rooms are very dark, there is no good lighting. It makes it hard to see. There’s not a lot of space for clothes or to put your things. I wish there was a kettle so could make tea or coffee. This was a short walk to the train station, but I didn’t like the neighborhood. Didn’t seem to be a nice part of town. Would not want to walk alone down the street at night.

We actually got upgraded to a room in the main building and everything inside the room was impeccable. Highest cleanliness in both the room as well as the bathroom. Equipped with coffee/tea maker tray, a walk-in closet wide enough for all our stuff, comfortable bed, clean sheets. I can truly say that it was one of the best hotels, I stayed in, if not the best. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful. They gave as recomendations about some good nearby italian restaurants, that we actually went to and enjoyed very much.
No complaints whatsoever. Everything was better than expected.

We have had the pleasure of staying in this hotel many times now and it never disappoints. We really like the intimate and friendly feel and the location is perfect for the transport systems being literally 5 minutes walk from Rome Termini.
That said don’t expect mobs of rushing tourists around the hotel, no it’s a little oasis of classy tranquility.

Extra comfy bed, spotless clean, odourless, silent A/C with heating, kettle, safe box.
The breakfast area is tiny and gets packed at peak time. The room doors could have been closing a bit more silently to allow neighbours sleep early morning.
