Location, location, location!!! The drinks ar their roof top terrace and the buffet breakfast were a great inclusion.
Will be even better once the building works outside the window are finished.

The hotel was centrally located and the hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. An excellent location and value for money. The staff were friendly and approachable.

The location is excellent, couldn't be more perfect.
The room was very small but spotlessly clean. Only having fold up chairs in the room as there wasn't enough room for any other. No luggage racks. Most disappointing were the plastic glasses. For the price we paid we would have expected at least to have a glass. We stayed at The Regno many times under the previous ownership. Even though we knew of the changes before we booked, we were disappointed.

It is centrally located so you can walk to everything. Staff were very gracious and accommodating with anything that we asked.
Tiny elevator and was slow but this is a European hotel-it is not going to be like hotels in America. The AC was a little tricky because we like a cold/cool room. It would be nice to have at least one English speaking channel-I would assume the BBC but we didnt find it.

The location is central for all attractions, easy and perfect for roaming in Rome. The hotel staff were very nice to us, we asked for recommendations and they were helpful as much as possible. The room was small but enough for our short trip and clean, although there was a strange smell in the bathroom and the closet, but it was gone later, and it did not ruin our stay. I did expect a bigger balcony, where you can sit and have coffee but it was simply a really small square meters one, no chair or something special. There is a rooftop where you have breakfast, that have an amazing view, it was nice to sit and have coffee there in the morning. Overall our stay was very good and we were comfortable and happy.
A bit expensive for the expectation and the value, maybe because of the location.

The location was perfect. Close to all tourist attractions. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was a great start to the day and the rooftop view was beautiful.
