Close to the Metro station, (easy and inexpensive to reach touristic places of Rome) And the personal was very polite explaining all the services included.
They gave me tips and directions of how to enjoy my visit of touristic places.
Thanks Antonio and Davide for such a great time.
There are a few restaurants and bars around, and the location in general looks safe.

great location, away from the city noise and tourists but still only a few minutes travel to the center. great public transport right outside the hotel or metro 5 minutes walk. no breakfast, but a fully equipped shop and restaurant 3 minutes walk from the hotel. in the morning available snack, fresh fruit, coffee. clean. quiet. comfortably. amazing service, very nice people. good contact with the hotel. top!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again for that reason alone! The rooms are basic, but also very comfortable and clean. The location is great, very close to Policlinoco station. Hotel is located in a very nice, gentrified inner suburb of Rome. It was nice to experience the real Rome away from the masses of tourists. Great dining options nearby as well. Can easily walk to many of the tourist attractions in Rome if you don't mind walking for half half an hour.

The bathroom was smaller than I expected but I had no issue with that. The room was big enough, clean and tidy. The staff was very friendly, helpful, welcoming and flexible. It was a pleasant stay.
There was nothing I disliked.

Extremely kind staff!
Bad smell of the bedroom and bathroom. The rooms are cleaned every day and thats fine but there is mold in the shower. They should deep clean the rooms and not only do a quick clean every day.

The location was great, close to the metro station. Though there was no breakfast, there are vending machines where you can buy coffee or snacks. Near the hotel there are also grocery shop and pharmacy. Rooms are cleaned every day.
Calm and nice place to stay. The staff is amazing, always ready to help.

Locarion is just in 2 subway stations from Roma Termini train station, and to get to Policlinica subway station, you need to take just 5 min walk (if youre lucky with trafic lights). Staff was welcoming and helpful. Hope that someday theyll include breakfasts too, but cant complain, because there are at least 4 caffs opened at 09:00 just down Via Bari street.

Besides being far from the centre, the hotel is great for exploring Rome. It's close to the metro, there are buses running right in front, and the staff was really friendly! They don't offer breakfast at the moment, which is a pity, but they're kind enough to offer some snacks and fruits in the morning in a small room.
The room was a bit small, and I had a problem with ants (also mentioned in some of the other reviews). The shower was also really tiny but still fine to use. I know the hotel has been offering some snacks in the morning (free of charge), but some options could be savoury.
