large variety of tasty meals for breakfast. very kind staff, they stored our luggage on the day of check-out. location is nice as it is close to metro station and on quite street. you can arrive from Ciampino airport by bus/metro under 1 hour. nice Italian restaurant on the same street.
bathtub was a bit old and damaged. rooms are little bit small. balcony has view only to courtyard and we heard noises from neighbors because I think corner rooms share walls with residential flats.

The staff is very kind. The breakfast is more than enough, you choose many things. The room is cleaned daily.
The room is a little bit dim. The location is good, but not the closest one, but it was not a problem for me.

The hotel truly exceeded my expectations. First and foremost, the staff were fantastic—helpful, attentive, always available, well-informed, and very kind. The room was spotlessly clean, perhaps even a bit too clean ?
Breakfast was perfectly satisfactory, with options to suit everyone. What was also exceptional was that the hotel and its staff kindly offered us breakfast on our last day, even though we were checking out at 6 a.m., while breakfast service officially starts at 7 a.m. It was truly a very thoughtful gesture.
The only thing that could be slightly improved is the Wi-Fi, although I noticed that mobile internet seems to be an issue throughout Rome. However, this in no way diminishes the overall value of the stay, as for the price range, the hotel definitely exceeds what one would normally expect.

It was good for the most part.
Sometimes the AC would turn off automatically in the middle of the night and we woke up sweaty because of it. Also the guy at the reception doesn’t inform you about the price of water (it is 1 € per bottle except for the first night).

Breakfast was so nice, and there were enough options. It was suitable for different tastes.
In the family room, there was a semi-smart TV. It was so nice.
Nawal at the reception was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciate her help. She was available for every question.
Wifi in the room was sometimes so slow.
There was a smell on the first floor, like always, food cooking.

Incredible value for the money. We got an even bigger room than we paid for, for a price that was already low for the smaller room we booked. It's a little outside the centre but have never had any problems with the area. Many great restaurants. Close to the metro so all of the city is easily reachable. Breakfast was also pretty good.

The location was across the street from train lines into city center. The room was spacious for 2 with almost separate rooms and a bath for each.There was a balcony that was great right off the room.
The decor could be updated and brighter.
