Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the staff friendly. The only problem we had was that the map they give of the surrounding area is too detailed with too many trees and it is confusing to someone new to the city.

its location and oldness of building was amazing
U cannot sleep at this hotel at all. At the middle of the night u will think that earth quake is coming. Beside there is no AC in the rooms. We were about to freezing till morning. Also u can hear every single conversation of people from any room. Overall i recommend no one to go there

First experience the place looked luxurious and regal after spending a month traveling through Europe it was the perfect place to end our vacation. While it is a little pricey you get what you pay for, the beds were comfortable, breakfast included with multiple options. The restaurant serves ALL day ( trust me it’s a thing) The staff was absolutely fantastic, I can’t say enough. One of our best Experiences of our trip through multiple countries.

Easy access to all transport lincs bus train and underground
Excellent spot to start your day trips around Rome and 10 min walk to the main train station for the airport
And your bags are safely locked away if you’re to early for the room or if you’re leaving later
Don’t expect to get your English breakfast not an option
But plenty of other food available and gluten free breakfast is available

The room was fabulous the location was perfect, staff were excellent we even got upgraded to a better room upon checkin. Breakfast was included and had so many choices. We walked to everything.

Indifferent staff. Not friendly at all.
Accessible shower ( not requested) leaked, resulting in the whole bathroom floor to be wet. No bathroom counter space.

We have stayed at this hotel at least 10 times. Lovely older hotel but updated. Worth every penny. Great staff, wonderful breakfast and beautiful rooms.

Location, location, location. Right next to the rail station and city bus stops. surrounded by restaurants that are little gems with great prices. Property is spotlessly maintained. Front desk and wait staff are friendly available and always professional.
As some other reviewers have pointed out noise carries from room to room. If you close communicating door between the bedroom and the bath/entryway you should fare well. The pillows were like small bricks and I think they were excavated from ancient times.
