Good breakfast, clean but slightly outdated rooms, excellent location adjacent to the Opera for opera lovers, and easy walking distance to the Collesium and the Forum, as well as the other famous sites in Rome.

I stayed in a junior suite room with my family, four persons in total. There was some furniture like as sofas, a living table, so we were able to relax and satisfied there. Also, it was furnished with a TV, refrigerator, hair dryer, and electrickettle, so we didn't feel inconvenienced. Separately, there were two mirrors in the main room and one in the bathroom, so it was no issue when getting ready in the morning as a family.
I felt that the breakfast at Hotel Quirinale had more variety and was of higher quality than I've experienced on my several previous business trips to Europe.
There was just one negative thing but minor that the shower room’s drain didn’t work so well while using shower, and wastewater leaked a bit out of a small manhole in the floor of the shower room, which was supposed to be sealed. I hope the hotel's facilities staff will improve it.

The location was excellent, close to the railway station and several bus stops. Many sights are within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel is beautifully furnished with a great vibe.
I couldn’t connect to the Wi-fi.

Central location, which makes it easy to walk to the station and to the main attractions.
Staff at check in were grumpy and not welcoming.
The room is not what we expected or booked. We had an adjoining door to another room which wasn’t ours. We continuously heard the people next door and it did not feel private.
Very strong smell of sewage which was not good and had to close the door to the bathroom at all times.
Breakfast for a 4 star hotel was abysmal, stale pastries, dirty glasses and an omelette that made me feel sick as it was covered in grease.
Outdated setting which was known prior to arriving, some investment would do this place wonders.
Overall nowhere near a 4 star hotel, improvements needed in breakfast, customer services, hotel maintenance for the sewage system as currently its a low 3 stars
