Wonderful
Great central location, close to rail, underground and bus stations. Superior rooms are stunning, including bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and arranged a change of room following noisy overnight works on an adjacent building.

Location was excellent, right beside Metro system for easy navigation. Minutes from train station making the trip to and from the airport effortless. The staff were exceptional & very friendly

Everything was excelent, the Maitre at the restaurant was outstanding. The food was very nice. The room was spacious and the bathroom also.The location which is perfect. The staff were all friendly, smiling and helpful.

Location was good for sightseeing
The rooms were unbearably warm, when we asked staff if they could turn heating off etc they said we just had to open our door in the night which meant we would hear all of the outdoor noise. Walls were incredibly thin which meant we were kept up at all hours with the comings and going of other guests. When we asked reception why the phone didn’t work to call them, they advised that the phones did not work and we were meant to dial a set of numbers that we had not previously been advised of. Really disappointing service and we didn’t sleep properly throughout the stay which really impacted the enjoyment of our trip.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options of sweet and savory food. Super clean apartment, especially the bathroom. Also locationwise it was perfect, everything was nearby. I will definately come back.
