Just a perfect place to stay to make the most of visiting Rome .We were able to walk to all the main tourists attractions and the Train and Bus station were also near by .

The rate is expensive during my five days stay.
Credit card is given as security in order to
Settle your bill during check out not to be charged in advance this is not normal as far as I have massive experience, therefore the management should change this policy.
The front office must take care of the above issues i mentioned.

Location.. stayed here before, and would again. If you like to walk, follow the Hop on Hop off bus map. We did it in 2 part circles, from this hotel, and it was fabulous.
Breakfast could do with a revamp.. quality of food is not as good as previous visits .

A beautiful old building graciously renovated. Spotlessly clean. Excellent restaurant for evening meal.
We unfortunately had a water leak through the ceiling which wet all our clothes in one suitcase. However the staff were very kind in their response to this situation and responded appropriately

Fantastic hotel. Beautifully furnished. Clean and very comfortable. Great location, easy access to Centrale station. Breakfast was fabulous so much selection. We had a room on level 5 looking out onto the busy street below. Windows opened for fresh air and kept out noise at night when closed.
Would have liked the air conditioning to be available during our stay. They said it was too early in the season to turn on. We offered a fan which did the job!

Room was very nice. Location.
The cost to have breakfast when we arrived early the first day was much too high for what was offered. Close to $200 for the 6 of us. There should have been a discount for incoming guests.

Disappointing
Close to monuments like Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps which was great and very handy. Location was safe and a short 10 minute walk from the train station.
Very loud at night. The room was extremely small and very warm, the air conditioning was unable to go below 18C. We couldn’t open the windows on a latch without the entire window opening and being exposed to far to much noise from the busy street outside. Breakfast was disappointing, and after the one of the three mornings we were ready to seek breakfast elsewhere. Sheets had marks on them too. The decor was old fashioned but that’s the charm they are going with.

Nice hotel close to the main train station, walkable in ca 10 mins. Nice rooms with comfy beds, ours was quite spacious. Generally nice staff - with one relatively grumpy and non- helpful exception.
One person at the reception was not in position to provide polite answers to questions of customers - a bit surprising for a hotel of that kind.
