Very pleasant stay in comfortable and spacious junior suite for 4 adults in the heart of Rome. Nearby metro/train stations. Good breakfast buffet.

Helpful friendly staff, from reception, room cleaning, breakfast and bar staff). We arrived early and we were allowed to check in straight away. Good rooms though varied as we were a booking of 5 rooms at different price points some larger and more expensive than others. Services provided in the rooms were great. Good a/c, good water pressure for showers, kettle and tea/coffee provided, comfortable beds though they feel a bit hard when you first lie down. I had a room with juliet balcony that opened overlooking a busy side street so it was noisy but 4 floors up it didnt bother me. Its the price one pays for being in central Rome. Some of us had quieter rooms facing away from roads.
Beautiful building. Lovely courtyard garden. Handsome lobby and variety of lovely reception lobbies to sit together and enjoy refreshments throughout the day.

The location is good and the rooms are very spacious
Unfortunately the Miami pub/bar across the road liked to blast music until at least 1pm every night almost opposite my window. That combined with the hard as a rock bed would not have me stay here again. The desk staff were also rather cold. If you choose to stay here ask for a room facing away from the road

The property was centrally located so we could get around Rome easily by walking or bus. The hotel was clean and provided fresh towels and sheets daily. The breakfast was fully stocked with a variety of food and coffee. We appreciated this hotel for our first time in Rome!

Antique hotel with great location, own history, including a lift, pictures, stairs attractive and lovely. Renovated, good quality of furniture and bathroom facilities.
Breakfast policy might be reconsidered, powder milk, kind of eggs, just a recommendation.

Location was brilliant. Close to most attractions and railway station.
Tired rooms. I have stayed in refurbished rooms previously but this time, unrenovated rooms and the noise was unbearable. Music from pubs and street noise was constant. Front reception staff was not that helpful and very matter of fact.

Great location near Roma Termini. Within 20 minute walk to nearly all the major sights in Rome. Breakfast included was great! With no central AC it was appreciated to have a fan brought into room upon our request.
The rooms and breakfast buffet area were very hot. And the pillows were very flat. There was a leak from the roof into our room and into our luggage.

Good location and nice character in the building. Garden area was nice if a bit scruffy. Food service staff were all friendly and helpful.
This is not a 4 star hotel! Our rooms were very poorly maintained - loose bits of wooden parquet ( dangerous) old chipped wardrobes, musty curtains, no charging ports, no space in the bathroom for toiletry bags.
The front reception staff never gave a smile or a welcome / good morning / good evening anytime we came in and out of the hotel.
Noise transfer between rooms was very bad too.
