The staff were not polite. The hotel doesn’t have air conditioning - hot inside. The clean was not good. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom.

Great central location, close to rail, underground and bus stations. Superior rooms are stunning, including bathrooms. Staff were very helpful and arranged a change of room following noisy overnight works on an adjacent building.
