Good location and nice character in the building. Garden area was nice if a bit scruffy. Food service staff were all friendly and helpful.
This is not a 4 star hotel! Our rooms were very poorly maintained - loose bits of wooden parquet ( dangerous) old chipped wardrobes, musty curtains, no charging ports, no space in the bathroom for toiletry bags.
The front reception staff never gave a smile or a welcome / good morning / good evening anytime we came in and out of the hotel.
Noise transfer between rooms was very bad too.

Elegant, old world style.
Bathroom door didnt close properly. We were in an executive room which meant bathroom didnt open into bedroom but into small hall area with wardrobes etc therefore wasnt worth bringing to attn of hotel during our short stay.

The location for this hotel was lovely, close to so many amenities, restaurants and the museums. I would very much recommend it if you are there for a few days, it was quite pleasant.
I thought the hotel itself was a little run down, the breakfast wasn't spectacular, it was fine for pastries but not so much of a big selection. Overall, it was okay.

Location to metro good so made it easy to get around the city. Hotel was lovely staff very helpful. Breakfast was lovely plenty of choice.

Hi. Went down for breakfast on our last day at 9:40 and there was no scramble eggs left. I asked could they get more from the kitchen and I was told that that was it. If breakfast is available until 10:am surely there should be sufficient food available. Another family of 4 had the same experience. Other than that it was really enjoyable. Thanks Ronnie

The location is fantastic. Close to Roma Termini and central to most major sites. I’ve been to Rome several times before and have stayed in this area so I’m very comfortable with this area. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The pillows were too hard for me.
