Location was good for sightseeing
The rooms were unbearably warm, when we asked staff if they could turn heating off etc they said we just had to open our door in the night which meant we would hear all of the outdoor noise. Walls were incredibly thin which meant we were kept up at all hours with the comings and going of other guests. When we asked reception why the phone didn’t work to call them, they advised that the phones did not work and we were meant to dial a set of numbers that we had not previously been advised of. Really disappointing service and we didn’t sleep properly throughout the stay which really impacted the enjoyment of our trip.

Excellent breakfast with lots of options of sweet and savory food. Super clean apartment, especially the bathroom. Also locationwise it was perfect, everything was nearby. I will definately come back.

Excellent Location. Rooms were decent in size.
The breakfast was the same for all 3 days. Hotel is a bit old but still well maintained.

The rooms were spacious. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is perfect, near the train station and a walking distance from a lot of the historical monuments. The breakfast was good but not enough choices for vegetarians.

Room was comfortable, clean and sizeable. Breakfast food was excellent. WiFi was good, and stayed on.
The television should NOT default to Chromecast. It is disconcerting when this happens shortly after turning it on, and then having to select "HDMI 1" as the "Source". The television should default to THIS, and remain on.

Reception staff good and helpful. Location good. Not a very old building by Rome standards but being built at the same time as the adjoining opera house in 1907, it does have some history.
Breakfast adequate but no more. Food and service in the restaurant fell below the standard I would have expected, I can make a better spag bol than that!

Big room, nice bathroom. Very clean. Friendly service. Excellent location. Overall very good!
Not many warm alternatives on the breakfast buffet. Warm room. One pillow per person was a little cheap.
