Location
The bathtub is elevated and when you step down you can fall off. The bide is located in front of your step to come out of bathtub. The breakfast was not good. I saw dust in Betty?s which means they are not washed. Also no tomato as part of breakfast.

We liked the very clean room and excellent bathroom. The room (Double Standard) was a decent size for two people. The bathroom was probably the nicest bathroom in any hotel we've ever stayed at.
I wish the scrambled eggs at breakfast weren't so watery/runny.

The location, staff, and cleanness.
The noise was quite a lot from the next door rooms as the walls were very transparent, you could hear almost everything going on I the next door rooms plus the corridors and outside. It was almost unbearable I had to sleep with earphones with music on to cut out the noise. The issue was that the housekeeping forgot to top up sugar, teas, and milk in the room. They left me a note to say the housekeeping was available between 8:00 and 9:00 pm. However, whenever I called the number, nobody was there to take the call. All in all my stay was great. I stay again but maybe in a different type of room as my room was not a 4* standard room plus mybe the noise would be less in the other rooms

Beautiful grand, old hotel. Wonderful international breakfast buffet.
Only one socket near the bed for the lamp, so had to unplug that in order to plug in adapters for phone charging etc.
Beds were very firm.

Staff was exceptional, engaging and friendly. Focused on making sure that our experience was pleasant. They succeeded!

great location- for the train station, opera and also a bit of sightseeing
some staff - mainly bellboys and restaurant- v nice
reception staff v unhelpful and almost combative.
a no to everything we asked - quite surprising given the cost and profile of the hotel and in one instance quite upsetting.
v noisy from street and within - sleep limited
breakfast also surprisingly bad - cold eggs, stale pastries, odd tasting coffee

I was a little bit worried about the hotel, the AC temperature in the room & Property, but this excede my expectations. The Hotel is a little bit old buy is normal in Rome, but very well maintained, clean, delicious breakfast, the bathroom was updated and the service and staff was impeccable.
I recommend this hotel.
I request a Baby cot, so I guess they should know that Im going with a Baby, but I was located on the first floor looking to the street and Hotel name sign. So a lot of noise, traffic, voices and lights.

Our room & location were fabulous
Meals were atrocious in restaurant!
I had trouble with my pasta being cold so I sent it back! I had vomiting & diarrhoea for the next 2 days! My husband told a staff member but no apology or follow up occurred! Extremely disappointing!

Walking distance to everything. Great Irish pub on the same street. The hotel has loads of character, old but clean. Great breakfast to choose from. Lovely staff.
We stayed in a double room. It was quite small, but we made do as it was only to get our heads down at night. Definitely need new pillows.
