Location is the best , receptionist help with tips , room and bed very comfortable
I have a baby and one of the days so I arrive at the breakfast close to the ending don't expect to have any food left.
One day they didn't take the trash.

We loved this hotel. In a great central location beside many attractions and restaurants. Breakfast a great add on with lots of selection. Friendly staff, Overall great stay with young kids.
My one and only issue was no English speaking programs on TV but everything else was perfect.

Very good location within easy walking distance of a metro stop and most of the 'must see ' sites. (there were some steep roads close by which mobility challenged might find a bit difficult to negotiate when returning to the hotel ) Plenty of good non touristy restaurants and bars close by, frequented by locals. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for all tastes hot and cold, and good coffee. The staff worked extremely hard and successfully to get breakfast items replenished and the breakfast tables cleared. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and responded very quickly to resolve some minor issues. The bedroom, I thought was a substantial size,(Rm 105) nicely presented, incredibly clean with a very comfortable bed, high quality bed linen, good toiletries and even slippers to use in the bathroom. The bathroom had a very good sized shower cubicle and plentiful hot water.
I would have liked a kettle in the room for that first 'wake up' tea or coffee. Also, I thought that it would be helpful to have a small hand rail closer to the entrance for aiding the first part of descent of stairs to reception area which is in the basement.

The whole facility was extremely close to the metro station, which made our trip a whole lot easier. The room was clean (every day they were changing our towels and cleaned our room), really nice breakfast. Also Joseph helped us a lot with some skip the line tickets for the sightseeing and he was extremely helpful in general.

The breakfast was fantastic. One of the best breakfast buffets I have seen in a hotel. Not just eggs, bacon, toast and bit of fruit. Yes, selection of eggs and bacon. But, bread, buns, rolls,cheese,sliced meats,fruit, pastery. Location is right across from a museum (which I forgot the name of). It is right in the middle of the city. The room we stayed in had 2 double beds. I think this hotel has been renovated. Beautiful marble rain shower, double stink and door separating toilet! There are a few steps(6) down to lobby. I would stay there again 100%
We only stayed 1 night. So I have no complaints. The hotel exceeded our expectations. I dont think if I stayed longer I would have complaints. All the staff were super nice.

Location of the property is very good since it is only 5min walk from Trevi Fountan and very close to spanisb steps and other attractions. Reception guy was OK.
We had booked this hotel since April for our vacations in September. I had it made very clear that we are a family with a 11 month old baby and we would need a cot. Everything was confirmed over booking. When we arrived at the hotel we noticed that first the entrance was floor -1 and there was no lift at the entrance so you had to carry your pram. No help provided from staff. Upon arrival we noticed that in out bedroom there wasnt a cot and i asked redception for it. First he tried to say that he would charge me but after saying we got confirmation in advance,they bring the cot for free. Bedroom was very small but mostly was very inconvient for us since to go to bed you had to take stairs. So going up and down in tbe bedroom 4-6 times with a baby was really bad.Plus if we would stay in bedroom for 20-30 min to rest it was really dangerous since baby would go to stairs when we were on the ground or try to jump from the stairs when we were at bed. A total nightmare. Lift was extremely small that barely fitted the pram, not to say that most of the time in morning was busy from cleaning staff. Breakfast was very basic, no selection for kids and horrible coffe. Waitress/helper at breakfast area was not helpful. We forgot one day our baby spoon at the breakfast and asked her if she found it. She said yes but she decided to throught in the bin. Like who does that?? Who finds a baby spoon and decides to through it away instead of notifying the client and ask if he needs it or should she through it? Cleaning crew was basic and we would find next day chips or biscuits on the floor that our daughter or us had had in balcony. There is no bar in the place and not even a wine opener. You can only have wine from their fridge. .My daughter spelled milk on her duvet cover so i took it out with the thought that they would change it. They took it away completely and never replaced it.
