The hotel was in a calm area, which is amazing when you want to rest after walking in the busy streets of Rome. Very close to the essential transports: 4 minutes in walking distance from the 62 and 64 bus routes, the ones that go to all the places you want to see in Rome and 490, the one that gets you to the Vatican, and 10 minute walk to the blue metro line, which will take you quickly to termini or the Colosseo. It was very close to many cafes with awesome and affordable breakfast options, so not having breakfast available at the property wasnt a problem at all. Super comfortable bed and a lot of storage for our clothes and the bathroom was incredible. 2 minute walking distance from a supermarket across the street where we would buy food to eat throughout the day.

Very quiet and peaceful.
Easy to get to from the city by bus.
Excellent local facilities, loved the cafe on the corner and local cocktail bar.
The room itself was excellent and spotless, excellent value for money.
We liked everything about the property. We even liked the old fashioned lift!

In terms of hygine and location it was good
The pictures of the rooms do not match at all what you actually get, the room is extremely small especially the toilet. It feels like the owner squeezed every cm of the place to make rooms. The shower box doesn't fit anyone, the toilet are very old and everything is just squeezed together.
The room was literally behind the reception. It feels like we were working with them during day and night. Not to mention privacy matters as you could hear everything as well they could as well.

I was pretty amazed by the hotel! It was better than I thought would be, the room was not very big but was cozy and perfect!! The staff was super nice and helpful :) the distance from the center wasnt that much, it has many options for public transport but by foot it would take about 25 minutes.
The only down side was the noise, you could hear everything around you, the other guests and other neighbors!

Good location. Very friendly stuff. Clean rooms. Tons of good dining places around.
Wall socket in bathroom was not working and sometimes neighbors were loud (in the streets, not inside the apartment). Uncomfortable bed.

The room they provided for us is very comfortable and clean. Homey, a place to stay when you are very tired from your long walks. Not so near to Roma Termini (around 20min. walk), but convenient enough when it comes to bus stops and there are food choices nearby. And also staff are very helpful and accomodating to our needs.
