The staff were exceptionally hospitable and helpful, the location perfect, the breakfast just right.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable. The bedroom itself was a little smaller than we expected given we'd upgraded but totally fine still. Breakfast was OK too and we enjoyed the roof top cocktails in the evening - a few more options on the nibbles front would've been good - not a big problem however.

The hotel has an amazing location, very close to the main attractions and good restaurants. The staff were friendly, professional and always willing to help. Breakfast was very good with enough variety, and the room and common areas were always clean and well maintained.
Unfortunately, I had a less pleasant experience regarding the room. I was moved to another room due to noise from the air conditioning, even though I did not complain about it. The new room faced the street and was very noisy, which made it difficult to rest, especially because I was traveling with my 20-month-old baby. The previous room, facing the back of the hotel, was much quieter and more comfortable.
