Hotel management and staff were professional and made our stay comfortable, room was clean and had all what we needed. Taxi point just around the corner tube train around 5 minutes walk.

The hotel is extremely well decorated, right in the center of Rome, easy walking distance to everywhere, the location is great. The hotel staff was very friendly, helpful, they did not refuse any of our requests and were helpful. During check-in, they said that they upgraded our room and offered early check-in free of charge and this made us very happy. We would like to thank all the hotel staff, especially the hotel manager Pamela. As a hotelier, I could not see anything missing in this facility, we were very pleased with our holiday. The hotel I will definitely choose on my next trip to Rome is Palazzo Nainer. I definitely recommend it.

Staff was amazing from the concierge (Sandro) to the breakfast staff (Madeleine, always smiling & helpful) and the hotel manager (Pamela), they were all great. Location was perfect, 15-30min walk to many attractions. Hotel was clean and seemed renovated and breakfast was also great.
Room was very comfortable but could use a bit more space.

Nice and clean, comfortable beds and great location.
Were told there is a Roof top bar and no reservations, first come basis. But on two different occasions, we were told the seats with a view were all reserved.
