The hotel is very nice and close to the Vatican, Coliseum, shopping and great restaurants! Breakfast was delicious with an excellent service staff!
This is nitpicking but the elevator was small and a bit slow.

Rooms and bathrooms were lovely and very clean. Bed and linens were excellent. Gorgeous roof terrace and bar! The staff, especially Stefano the manager, was very thoughtful and friendly!

Poor breakfast, room was extremely small, no way to stay in two people in this room. Shower was so small and wet alm the bathroom. Air conditioner was always on with light, no way to turn off the light (really bad to sleep with the AC light on, toom was not dark enough)

Pamela and Mohammad went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, even upgrading our room. They greeted us with warm smiles and complimented my daughter on her accomplishments. The whole reason for the trip! This made my daughter’s day! This hotel is amazing! Madeline in the breakfast area was so accommodating too! We will definitely be back!

Cleanliness and location
the hotel has no safety the bar hostess welcomes everyone in the hotel and everyone can use the elevator (without having to use a card) and goes to any floor they want. There is a public bathroom in my floor and it was always crowded the whole day and noise in the middle of the night from people NOT HOTEL GUESTS going to the bathroom in the 4th floor. There was noise coming from the bathroom the whole night every night

Super location at Piazza del Popolo. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout - which is a credit to the housekeepers given that there are mirrors everywhere!! Very pleasant and helpful staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely rooftop bar.
