Comfy bed; pleasant and helpful front desk staff.
Our room was really noisy- a lot of hallway noise. It was a basic room. The hotel is single story in the middle of an apt complex- a little odd with no window view. Close to Vatican and great restaurants nearby. Stayed here vs airport hotel for value.

Great location!! And so cute, tucked into a courtyard surrounded by apartments. Lovely staff, so kind and helpful. Valentino overheard another guest and me talking about needing some kind of non dairy creamer and the next thing you know, he had quietly gone around the corner to the market and some oat milk magically appeared! We were so surprised and that is listening for your guests needs and meeting them! Very nice breakfast

Very good location, clean and spaceious rooms. Around the hotel you find blue and (when lucky) white parkings. Great restaurants nearby.
Breakfast is minimal and basic.

The decor in the room is so cozy and pleasant. The size of the room is about average. Overall it is a great room for the value.
The location. The surrounding buildings in the courtyard yard with laundry hanging outside is unusal.

I really like the inside accommodations, the comfort, the cleanliness the staff were all excellent!I highly recommend and will be back hopefully someday.
The one recommendation I would have is for them is to pressure wash or clean Their sign outdoors, it was a little dirty.

The staff. They were wonderful!!
It did not have windows or views. A flat level in a lot. Plants with plant lights on all day to mask the idea that you were in a windowless box.

Close to the Vatican, but was more like a dormitory. Surprisingly since the price was high.
No bar or restaurant in this facility. It was strange, like in the courtyard of an apartment complex of 4 tall buildings. Would not stay there again.
They did change our comforter when we requested due to stains, but one should not have to ask.

The staff are friendly, and in particular manager (or owner?) of the hotel was very helpful, understanding, and kind. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with ample horizontal space for toiletries by the sink (that has been hard to come by in other hotels we had on this trip).

I needed a room for one night and booked it last minute. At no extra cost, I was able to get into my room at 10am the day I arrived. All the staff were friendly and I would stay here again. The room was very simple but had everything you’d need.

Staff was professional and caring. Provided all transportation needs and sightseeing reservations. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and was a great start to the day. Felt like home in Rome. Location allowed for easy access to the sights and wonderful restaurants. We plan to revisit Rome and Hotel Paolo II in the near future - that says it all.
