The staff. They were wonderful!!
It did not have windows or views. A flat level in a lot. Plants with plant lights on all day to mask the idea that you were in a windowless box.

My mother stayed at this hotel That I booked on her behalf. She loved the location, excellent and friendly staff members. Very close to the Vatican (5 minute walk). Breakfast was awesome! It was worth it.
Unfortunately, the first 2 nights she had no WiFi, the hotels service provider had an issue. She had to go to a restaurant accross the road to eat and get connected. It was however, restored finally and worked well.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location was brilliant, 5 miniute walk to the Vatican. Breakfast was good and the place was very clean. It really is not difficult to find. You press the buzzer for the hotel and walk through the door, the hotel is in front of you to the left.
