Near Vatican, Air conditioned, centrally located, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Grocery stores, restaurants and bus lines close.

Location, location, location… especially for those interested in the Vatican and all it offers. The hotel was clean, and staff led by Signore V were convivial and helpful if required. There’s a supermarket about a minute away and a train station 650 m walk. Worth getting familiar with the transport system if there for a few days. I grew to really enjoy my little haven and the neighbourhood.

Perfect location for me as attending Leo’s next day Sunday prayer was a priority. The hotel is 5mins from Vatican. Staff were welcoming without being over the top. Room is clean. Breakfast is simple and sustaining. Shower was better than some 5-star.
The air conditioner had a low level bird - like sound but didn’t stop sleep.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Location was fantastic and 5 mins walk from St Peter's Square, 15 mins to the centre of the city. Very quiet and safe neighbourhood and easy to get to from the station.
The room was well equipped and they left ear plugs and water out which was a nice touch. Staff on front desk very friendly and happy to help. I didn't have breakfast but it looked good.
My only dislike was the fact it didn't have any view - which I wasn't aware of as no windows. But given this was just a place to rest my head this wasn't an issue.

There is so many positive things to say about this place. The location and staff are both spectacular. The bathroom and bed were wonderful and on a hot summer night here in Rome the AC was a blessing. I was able to fortunately find this place when I was short on time and oh boy I’m glad I did. I would recommend this place to just about anyone when I’m back in Rome. I will think about this place again 10 out of 10 stars the staff is so nice!

The hotel is very clean and well organized. The staff are very friendly, polite, and helpful. The location is excellent, only a 5-minute walk to the Vatican, and there are many restaurants nearby. We had an amazing stay. It was an incredible few days! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful location near The Vatican. Very helpful staff. Would definitely return here when visiting Rome. Very safe neighborhood and walkable to many good dining spots. It is air conditioned and when you visit Rome in the summertime that’s a necessity.
Parking may be a problem because it is a busy part of town.
