The staff are friendly, and in particular manager (or owner?) of the hotel was very helpful, understanding, and kind. Our room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with ample horizontal space for toiletries by the sink (that has been hard to come by in other hotels we had on this trip).

I needed a room for one night and booked it last minute. At no extra cost, I was able to get into my room at 10am the day I arrived. All the staff were friendly and I would stay here again. The room was very simple but had everything you’d need.

Staff was professional and caring. Provided all transportation needs and sightseeing reservations. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and was a great start to the day. Felt like home in Rome. Location allowed for easy access to the sights and wonderful restaurants. We plan to revisit Rome and Hotel Paolo II in the near future - that says it all.

“I really liked the property’s location — it was 5 min walk to the St Peter’s Basilica, close to restaurants, and public transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were amazing!
There is no obvious sign outside that you're at thii hotel.

I really like the inside accommodations, the comfort, the cleanliness the staff were all excellent!I highly recommend and will be back hopefully someday.
The one recommendation I would have is for them is to pressure wash or clean Their sign outdoors, it was a little dirty.

The room and hotel was not what was pictured on their website. The hotel appears to be located within the central common area of an apartment building. The room was dirty enough that my partner and I left after an hour and found a different hotel in Rome (without a refund). Would not recommend this hotel. There are many other nicer and less expensive hotels in Rome.

Wonderful
Clean, spacious, great breakfast coffee and choices. Walking distance to St Peter’s Square and major Roman sites, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Very well-designed.
Needs to improve on sound proofing their rooms.
