The property is centrally located. Easy to walk to all areas of the city and if a taxi is needed they are very close. Also the hotel can call for a taxi.
The breakfast was good. Nazariy kept food stocked, and made great coffee. The front desk people were all helpful. I liked being able to open the windows for fresh air. I suspect there is not air conditioning but for my March trip it wasn’t needed.
The walls a a bit thin so you can hear people but it was not too bad.

Amazing location, steps from the Pantheon. We came with kids and they were super helpful, gave us an early check in and an upgraded room. Great breakfast and value for money

Friendly and personable staff
A little dated but when you learn the building is hundreds of years old, it made sense. This isn't a complaint but just what I didn't care for personally

The location was so central walking distance to all the tourist attractions. The staff weee so helpful and friendly
The breakfast was ok. Only one member of staff serving cooking and making coffee and on clean up duty he seemed a bit too busy at times.

Loved the location. Within walking distance to all major sights. Helpful staff. Upon arrival Roberto greeted us warmly and gave us a map with key areas to get us oriented.
Very knowledgeable staff willing to help.
As the rooms are very close to one another our room was uncomfortably warm at night. In March you can only circulate cool air by opena,windowwhich we did in daytime but at night and early AM its too noisy on the streets to keep an open window. Once window was shut it was much too warm to sleep..

The location of the hotel is fantastic, and whilst central to all of Rome's attractions, it is still very quiet. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. Nothing to fault.
