Clean and close to train station. Very nice staff. We stored luggage after checking out which was very convenient.

Location to train station.
No 110 volt outlets, no phone charging outlets, no A/C, poor internet service, no English speaking tv channels.

The hotel photo on booking does not correspond to reality. Everything is much worse. We stayed for my child's birthday, which I informed about in advance, but we didn't receive even a small surprise from the hotel.

Right next to roma termini if you want to go to your next city.
Room very spacious and clean.
Quite a long walk back here if you go to landmarks like trevi fountain and pantheon. Takes even longer if you stay on the main streets (for safety).
Room isnt soundproof. Expect lots of noise from people walking upstairs.

Sometimes the people are what make a place great. When traveling we can lose sight of what's important when picking a hotel. When my family and I stayed at Hotel Palladium, my wife experienced a medical emergency in the night. The staff were quick in calling an ambulance, and after the situation (thankfully!!) resolved, they treated us tourists with kindness and tenderness. I hope that most don't have to experience how calm under pressure the staff was, but they're certainly trustworthy.
That being said, the hotel is in an excellent location. Breakfast is hearty and well worth it. The rooms that were considered a suite were a little small, but still nice. Cleaning staff is phenomenal as well. Thank you Hotel Palladium!

Hotel is in walking distance of the train station. Grocery store is few steps from the hotel. Restaurants close by. Mattress was comfortable.
Bathtub has a glassdoor, which swings and when we took a shower it flooded the floor. Horrible sewer smell in the bathroom (notified the front desk). Housekeeping added something in the toilet/bathtub. It helped for a few hours and smell came back. Visible mold in bathroom. Wet wall & mold in the bedroom. When we walked to the breakfast room, you could smell the sewer in the hallways too. We understand it is a old building but...

The room was a delight and the location near the train station was fantastic. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well as the restaurants nearby. First floor room was comfortably quiet. Great decor!
Bar staff was a bit inexperienced. Was a little warm in room but we were there during August.
