great location, walking distance to colosseum, surrounded by restaurants/small cafes, convenience store next door, laundromat 3 minute walk
This isn't a dislike just an fyi, hotel reception is on 2nd floor, access via stairs or a small lift, to access lift you need to walk up 2 stairs. lift is original to the building, kept in pristine order, it is safe but tiny, you need to open a grill then the actual lift doors to enter, i doubt doors are wide enough for wheelchair travellers.

Clean and modem. Convenient location. Lots of storage space. Helpful staff.
The room was a bit cold when first arrived. There had no blanket, only a thin sheet. Informed staff and situation was resolved next day. The lift was a bit antique, watch for for step when you exit on the main floor.

Location is perfect, close to the Colosseum and major sites. We felt safe walking around at night. Many restaurant options nearby. Spacious room, very clean. The woman at the desk helped us quickly to find a taxi to get to our timed entry at the Pantheon.
I stayed here 10 years ago and the hotel has been renovated since then. Back then, they offered breakfast, the owner would deliver it to your room each morning. Unfortunately it appears this nice touch has been eliminated so I wouldn't stay here on a return trip for that reason. But for this trip it was fine because we only stayed one night before our flight back to US and had to leave very early in the morning anyway.

Loved the bathroom and the room overall. Very clean. Great location close to metro, train station, multiple bus stops, and coliseum. The hotel is an excellent value! We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.
The bed was a bit hard, but after a day of sightseeing I slept like a rock.

The location was great, popular sites and eateries within easy walking distance.
The decor was classy and engaging. Staff at as helpful with questions and recommendations
We had no security issues, but were wondering that the door to the building did not require and entry code or key .

Great location near the Colloseum yet also in the trendy area of Monti. Lovely building, fantastic welcome and service from an eldely roman lady who met us at reception. Trendy, eclectic and very comfortable feel to the hotel.

Nice freshly renovated rooms. Nice bath and the beds are comfortable.
The Price is very high for a two star hotel. The rooms are not really well sound proven. The neighbors can be heard quiet well even if they are just talking.
