Location is great, we have stayed here several times via Booking.com
Staff very nice and friendly and helpful.
Breakfast buffet is expansive and many choices.

We paid for a superior room via Booking.com and we got a tiny room that was basically a bed, very disappointed.
Clerk at check-in even confirmed we booked a superior room and breakfast, but this was NOT like superior rooms in the past, tiny; very disappointed. Will plan on booking another hotel in same area on annual trip to Rome in the future.

Every time we visit Rome, we try to stay at this wonderful hotel. The location of this hotel is in the area we want to stay in, because we can walk to everywhere in Rome. Their breakfast is so yummy and varied.

Location was great. The room was comfortable. The staff were very responsive - they provided us an electric fan as our room was a bit stuffy. They also helped with our plans for the Rome visit

First time stay at this hotel and I was really impressed by the facilities and the quiet location. All the staff I met were warm and welcoming. Great little room and a lovely breakfast as well. It’s a short walk from a lot of the city’s historical sights. Hope to be back

Staff were great; breakfast was fantastic. Chose the hotel because of its superb location. We were very comfortable and pleased with our choice
Would have been nice to be able to order a taxi in advance. The staff could only do this 10-15mins before. It wasn’t a big problem at all.
