Very Good
Location is excellent. Roberta at the front desk was helpful. The breakfast is quite plentiful.
Room was a little tight but bearable. Bathroom could have used more space, too.

The staff were amazing. They were attentive and addressed any and all concerns promptly. They provided recommendations of where to eat and not just the touristy places but places they, as locals, go to eat. The hotel is alos central to a number of attractions. We walked everywhere. The coliseum, Vatican City, and other historical sites where within walking distance.
I can think of nothing that I disliked.

Peaceful location in the middle of busy downtown Rome! Luxurious bedding and a variety of pillows. Nice fresh breakfast buffet with fruit, pastries, meats, vegetables, freshly scrambled eggs. VERY helpful front desk staff. Would love to stay here again.

Very comfortable room, clean, beautiful and good view of the square. Workers of the reception were very nice, breakfast was great especially with waffles that you can make your own. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It’s in the center, high security, feel safe, no problem with the A/C, updated hotel.
It’s a 4 star hotel so most of the things in the room is charge extra fees if is used.

Wonderful
Spacious, clean rooms and good and safe location for walking to major sights. It’s right next to the Italian Parliament. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices with eggs, fruits, waffles, sweets etc.. There’s a water cooler you can fill up your bottles before going out.

We couldn’t have been happier. The location is central to everything, but it’s on a quiet piazza away from the noise of the Pantheon. The hotel is immaculately clean, and the room was the largest we could find in Rome. The A/C cooled the room perfectly. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful, good and filling enough to keep us going well into the afternoon.
We wish breakfast started earlier (before 7am) so we could get our days started earlier.
