location was amazing! we paid extra for more space and bigger rooms. when we had an issue with lock or wifi- help was sent right away! king size bed, big room and clean, all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

It’s really on the center of Via Del Corso!! Close to everything by walk! Loved it! Also the stuff were amazingly nice and helped us with everything (even especially went to bring us scissors when we needed!) The room was clean, and cleaned every day! Water bottles were filled every day in the fridge. Everything was great!

Nice room good location
Some staff members were standoffish and not really willing to help. They had an attitude as if our simple request was an imposition and a bother to them. Very snobby. It made for not a great experience. We will not return.
