Nice breakfast room. Quiet hotel. Great location for seeing the sights. Lovely decor.
Toaster in breakfast room sometimes did not work. hairdryer in room 207 needs replacing. Complimentary water should be the norm in hotels. And a shower cap would have been good!

The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were polite, even though the underlying issues with the rooms were never properly resolved.
After two room changes, we continued to experience serious maintenance and sanitation issues, including constant noise and a sewage odor, with no meaningful resolution. Management’s dismissive responses reflect a pattern seen in prior reviews and suggest long-standing problems that have not been addressed.

The property was in a great location for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so nice and friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible!

Great location, clean and pleasant.
We booked a Deluxe room but were given a standard room. Only after contacting the staff were we moved to the correct room. Not sure if this was an honest mistake or something else—you decide.

Great location. Cozy and charming room. Nice staff but not that knowledgeable.
Overpriced not worth the price (both mornings I had only lukewarm not hot water to shower, my room 307 looks at a wall, you can hear your neighbors in the bathroom so it’s overall a bit noisy, breakfast was very basic, rooftop lacking atmosphere with no view, elevator is super slow).
