Wonderful
The hotel is beautifully located, very clean, stylish, comfortable and perfectly suited for a city break. It is not an enormous hotel, but that is part of its charm — it feels intimate, welcoming and very pleasant to return to after a long day of exploring the city.
The staff were exceptionally kind, professional and helpful, especially the gentlemen at reception, who were always polite, discreet and ready to assist us whenever needed, special thanks for Mr.Marco. everything we experienced was absolutely on point. The rooms were very nice, well kept, clean and comfortable, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was elegant, calm and friendly.
Overall, we genuinely recommend art’otel Roma Piazza Sallustio. It is a very good hotel, with excellent service, a great location, wonderful cleanliness and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The staff were incredibly attentive, flexible, and helpful throughout our stay, and really went out of their way to accommodate us. The housekeeping was also excellent and our room was always exceptionally clean and well maintained. Overall, the level of service really stood out.

Our stay in Rome was excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond by providing maps, arranging taxis, and recommending great places to visit and eat.
Our room and bathroom were great. They were spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very nice. Everything was automated, with the curtains and lights controlled by smart touch panels on the bedside table, which was very convenient.
While it is a little far from the major attractions, the quieter location was actually something we enjoyed after spending the day in the busy city.
The hotel was very nice overall. It was a wonderful experience, and we would happily stay here again.
It is a little far from the main attractions, about a 20-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, which was the closest major attraction to the hotel.

It’s a beautiful hotel and the staff are amazing and super kind.
The breakfast was subpar at best, the hotel held a function and we were kept up by music until well past 0100.

This hotel was fabulous. It was one of the best places I've ever stayed. From the art and decor to the staff, everything was amazing. From the moment I entered, the staff were warm, friendly, and treated me like a VIP. The service was simply outstanding. The lobby was amazing. I loved the decor, the colors, and the ambiance. Then I got to my room, which was simply incredible. Comfortable and clean as well as incredibly stylish. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The bathroom was spacious, bright, and looked bearly brand new. I loved that the AC, curtains, and lights could all be controlled by a console next to the bed. I will definitely make art'otel my first choice on my next trip.
