This hotel was fabulous. It was one of the best places I've ever stayed. From the art and decor to the staff, everything was amazing. From the moment I entered, the staff were warm, friendly, and treated me like a VIP. The service was simply outstanding. The lobby was amazing. I loved the decor, the colors, and the ambiance. Then I got to my room, which was simply incredible. Comfortable and clean as well as incredibly stylish. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The bathroom was spacious, bright, and looked bearly brand new. I loved that the AC, curtains, and lights could all be controlled by a console next to the bed. I will definitely make art'otel my first choice on my next trip.

Nice quiet location away from the chaos of Central Rome without being too far...the restaurant is also very nice, and the food of good quality i love open kitchens where you can see them cook and understand if they are clean
The true gem of this hotel is their fitness room, greatly equipped and so nicely designed it's a very quality space it inspires you to work out
Rooms are darker than usual with nice atmospheric lighting and they promote good sleep, the environment is very inviting to really have a restful good sleep
Also loved the Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom and the co operation with the company, it's small things like these that shows you they really put an effort into creating a unique place.
The welcoming wine was also much appreciated
The staff was super helpful and polite
Nothing disturbed staying in this place, will definitely visit again especially for the fitness room???

Art'Otel Rome Piazza Sallustio is so far the best boutique hotel that we ever have had. The location is superb, quiet and convenient. Full of history remains. The service is cordial and sincere. The ambience is artsy and stylish. We will definitely come back again!!

I had room service almost every day for breakfast or another meal...very pleased with service.
The room was comfortable and relaxing, neighborhood was quiet and classy, away from the tourist crowds, but not too far from Teatro dell' Opera (which I was interested in).
The staff was efficient, mannered and friendly.

This was the perfect place from which to explore Rome. A couple blocks removed from the crowded center and with transport readily available, the property was calming and relaxing after a day of tours and good food. While the property is in perfect condition, what REALLY made our visit special was the extraordinary staff. I felt so accommodated and welcomed. They helped with several details with gracious hospitality. There are also several excellent restaurants close by and in the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will return there should the opportunity occur.
The rooms are a little dark (a design feature) but were quiet and comfortable.
