Our experience was wonderful. The reception staff were incredibly kind and amazing and polite., everything was just perfect the room was extremely clean. Even though it was our first time at the hotel, they upgraded our room and offered us our first breakfast for free. Their generosity and hospitality made our stay truly special.
It would be even nicer if breakfast were included instead of costing extra, but other than that, everything was fantastic and truly fabulous. The hospitality and overall experience made our stay very special., we will surely visit again.

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff were so welcoming, friendly , polite and helpful. They upgraded our rooms to a beautiful room with a balcony , large bathroom with bath and shower and Dyson hairdryer . It was my husband’s birthday and they had a beautiful bottle of champers , cake and card in the room . ( the reception staff also wished him a happy birthday on arrival ). The smell when we entered our room was divine I have never experienced this in a hotel room before. The bed was extremely comfortable. The lights , air con , and blinds were all operated electronically beside the bed which brought an element of luxury. We were also impressed with the variety of plug sockets in the room that facilitated all plug types for example ireland Spain France etc so you don’t have to worry about universal plugs . The breakfast was lovely with a menu to choose ,the waiter service was excellent again staff are extremely helpful and really made our stay . Location is not dead central in Rome but we liked its location, it was so easy to get to all the main tourist attractions. We would totally recommend staying at this hotel it’s very art deco and would definitely return in the future. The cleanliness staff and facilities make this a superb hotel .
There is little we didn’t like , this is minor but beer pumps needed to be fixed only had 2 types of bottled the last night we stayed ( however they do stock New Zealand white wine which is my favourite so this was a big plus for us ) . In the bathroom need a brighter light to apply make -up but this can be the case in most hotels
