Good location, clean, comfortable and good value for money.
Rooftop bar was unattended and breakfast in the courtyard was closed both because they said it wasnt summer yet despite everyday being warm and sunny!! Very disappointing.

Very small room, poor value for money. Would not recommend, not worth the price. Was also a bit far from the local attractions and no shuttle bus was provided

Very well maintained. Very helpful staff. Lovely big room in a quiet location but very central with Vatican to West, Colliseum to East, Trastevere South and old city North. Breakfast really good and bathroom really good. Very comfortable and large bed.
Room far too hot and we never did get the air con to work. It was March so we just opened the window but expected more from hotel in this price bracket. The spa pool was shut with a sign saying that it was due to fire brigade needing it as a water source (!). So no idea if it will open again. Great shame as the pool was one of the reasons we booked this hotel.

We love the room and the balcony. One suggestion would be a place for luggage. The location was excellent! We did not take the breakfast option, but we had a walk at the breakfast restaurant, the breakfast buffet looked attractive. We had a great time. All the staff members were super friendly, helpful and hospitable.
The one drawback was the heat, too hot!! And, it could not adjusted. We were told that the system was under upgrade and could be adjusted in the meantime. So, the technician ended up turning off our ventilation system and offered us an electric fan. We went back to the basics!! We did not want to open the balcony door for security reasons and a bit noisy outside. Staff members were all super friendly and helpful; they have tried their best, it's winter time, so it's ok. Another one was water in the bathroom, it was too slow. Took a long time to shower. Hope that the above concerns will be fixed or improved in our next visit. We like this hotel a lot and would like to come back on our next visit.

the location was excellent - perfect to start your walk around rome to see the sights but also to go to the restaurants and bars in the very cosy streets
no valet parking the room was very hot i entered and it was 25 degrees to i turned on the ac to 19 and left when i returned hours later it was 27 degrees (result i turned it all off and slept with the windown open) drank a lot of water ...

We liked the Location and Giancarlo the server in the cafeteria. We were in 307. I could feel the spring while sitting on the edge of the bed. We made a mistake and we reserve Friday Saturday while our arrival was Saturday morning. I understand the hotel couldnt do anything about it but also they were not nice about it and they would not give us an upgrade so we ended up paying three nights for two.

The breakfast was very nice and the staff a delight. You can dine both inside and in the courtyard.
It was virtually impossible to take a shower without the water getting on the marble floor. The shower door was not large enough.
