The person who helped store our bags and was very accommodating, I believe his name was Mohammed. He was excellent and always had a smile on his face. Also, Laura at the front desk was very friendly and helpful with our questions.
Only one bed. Also the tour of the Vatican was very confusing. It was tough to know what you were seeing and where to go.

Central location - conveniently located between Vatican, travastere and Spanish steps / Trevi.
Located in a quiet step yet very close to great shops to enjoy.
Staff very helpful. Was able to check in early which was an added bonus after long transit

Great location and very friendly staff. All sites are in walkable distance. Parking garage near by. Value for money is fair.
Not a 5 star hotel but good standard 4 stars. Gym quite small but everything is there.
