The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby, and the area felt safe. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would highly recommend this hotel.
The breakfast was okay, but there were no sweet options available for guests with nut allergies. The quadruple room was quite compact, with limited space for luggage and personal belongings. The trash bin was also rather small and could have been bigger.

Very Poor
Nothing
Worst hotel I’ve ever “stayed” at. Extremely dirty, everything looks old, dusty and you can see oxide. The bathroom was disgusting. I tried to switch rooms and they showed me one with a hole in the wall, covered by cardboard. The staff was so incredibly rude too. I teared up realizing I was stuck in that dirty hotel and the managers solution was to insist I look at his screen and tell me that was the room I booked on booking. Of course it was the same room, but the pictures were HEAVILY edited. Even my partner agreed we should not stay there, and he’s very laid back. It was disgusting. We ended up sleeping somewhere else, and checking out the next morning.
To add insult to injury, I asked for a bag to take one pastry as I didn’t have time to eat breakfast. They said no, that I had paid to sit in their room and I could not take any food outside. What? Then why did they have single packaged yogurts displayed? The receptionist followed me around and finally blurted out that it was “for security reasons”. I know it’s common for hotels in Rome to not allow food outside, but they are lax about letting guests take an item or providing to-go bags. Im pretty sure he was just trying to retaliate because he knew we had complained, as he even left whoever he was speaking with at the desk to follow me around. I have NO idea how they score 9.0 in cleanliness. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Wonderful
The hotel is in a fantastic location, with the Colloseum a 10 minute walk max, and then the Pathegon and Trevi Fountains a 20 min walk max. Around the hotel its quieter but still lots of places to get food and drink, we went to Er Baretto for food one of the evenings, just a couple of doors up and it was fantastic. We had breakfast at the property, with lots of variety. The team who work there couldnt do enough for you, very friendly, gave us a map and asked what our plans were then helped us navigate. We kept our bags there after check out and had a freshen up in the bathroom before leaving for the airport. All very helpful

Perfect location to see the sights. Nice neighborhood restaurants, gelato and bakeries. We would get gelato after dinner and sit in the square by the fountain. So peaceful and memorable.
Small elevator means multiple trips to get luggage to the room. But it is an older building. Thank goodness they had installed this one or it would have been carrying luggage up stairs.

Wonderful
The staff were welcoming and very very helpful. Room and bathroom compact but clean with comfortable beds and pillows, decent aircon and all extras required Excellent location close to Coliseum and many great bars and restaurants within short walk.
Breakfast could do with some variation in the breakfast, possibly some different hot options and maybe prepared fresh fruit rather than only whole fruit. Very attentive staff though at breakfast.

Wonderful
Great location in a great neighborhood with hotel staff that give incredible customer service. They provided extra towels and sheets as requested. They recommend excellent restaurants to dine at close to the hotel. The free breakfast is exceptional. There was a balcony patio right outside our room.
The amenities in the room were sparse. We got the quadruple which was a queen bed and two twin beds side by side by side. The beds were quite comfortable. There was a clean bathroom with a shower. The other furniture in the room was IKEA type furniture. If your needs are a tight comfortable place to sleep in a cental location, then you'll be fine.

I had a wonderful stay here. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it easy to explore Rome.
A special mention goes to Houssam, who was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. He made me feel at home from the moment I arrived and was always available to assist with anything I needed. His hospitality truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience.
Thank you for a fantastic stay. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome and would love to stay here again in the future.

Located right in the heart of it all. Just a few blocks from the Colosseum. Great restaurants were just steps away.
Only wished the shower was larger.
