Very Poor
We had booked 2 nights, and after 1 night the hotel switched our room to a room in the hotel. It was significantly better.
Very dissapointing.. the room was not actually in the hotel, it was in an apartment in the building behind the hotel.
The building and the room looked very poor, not very clean, with no safety since the apartment front door was left open, had no lift,.. it was definitely not worth 250 euros per night. Pay attention when booking since although it does mention when you are booking it is not clear enough, and it's still categorised as a hotel which is not the case.

Great hotel in a very convenient location. It was easy to walk to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at check-in. The room was clean and comfortable, although slightly smaller than expected. Overall, a very pleasant stay and good value for the price.

A nice hotel located in the Monti district. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided us with advice on restaurants, sights, public transport and more.
The breakfast was fresh and varied. Great way to start the day, since we walked a lot.
The rooms were clean and ideal for a short stay.
Bonus: the room includes air conditioning, a small refrigerator and a hairdryer.
The sockets beside the bed can only be used with USB-A connections. The other sockets in the room are suitable for a standard (European) plug.

Everything, the location was great and perfect for everywhere we wanted to go, especially the Colosseum and Roman Forum which was a 3-5 minute walk.
The staff were exceptional, there for our every request and booked dinner one night at a restaurant they had recommended which was fantastic food and service. They also arranged our taxis to the airport. If any of us ever return to Rome we will definitely be staying here again.

It is very conveniently placed for all the sites. There are plentiful restaurants nearby. The hotel is an Historic building with lots of character . Most of all the staff were so helpful. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay another night another room was found for us to complete the stay

Location, in the middle of the old town. Many attractions in walking distance.
Staff is very friendly, restaurant recommendations are helpful.
The interior looks new. Everything is clean and in order.
Not much space everywhere. Room and bath are small. Also the breakfast room, stairs are narrow. They told us it is because of the location in the old town.
