Very convenient location close to the Colloseum. Alen was an amazing host. The place and room was very clean.
The bed was a bit too small and the shower as well.

No frills, fit for purpose hotel in an amazing location. The staff is extremely nice and available 24h.
The bathroom is very very small, there are no toiletries and no shelves to get your own toiletries organized. The hotel’s breakfast is average at best, just enough to get something in your system prior to heading out.

The location is exceptional as shown by Hasim (I hope I spelt your name correctly) he took a map and pinpointed all the amazing sites which were pretty much walkable. Such as the Colosseum,Vatican, Wish Fountain, and many other local attractions. They are pretty much at your doorstep at this location. He also recommended some fantastic places to eat which I can honestly say were amazing. My son said it was the best pizza he ever had ☺️

Friendly staff. Good location, near centre. Quiet room, kept clean daily.
Safe in room.
Towels changed daily.
Price was reasonable but not cheap.
Breakfast adequate but basic in a small room.
Privately owned, owner always on site.
Close to restaurants and supermarket.
Very small room/bathroom not in great condition. Cold bathroom with no heating/bath mat. No space.
Poor view from internal room.

Location is great, and staff is nice.
The facilities. I couldn’t even open my suitcase in the first room as it was so small. The receptionist was nice and “upgraded” me for free to a slightly larger place, but this is basically a hostel with rooms.

Continental style breakfast which was good,our rooms were in an annex across from main reception,clean, although the shower cubicle was a bit small we did manage to shower, suggestion perhaps a kettle in the room would be nice,although we were informed we could of asked for one at reception, overall lovely little hotel,good location,with wonderful staff,we enjoyed our stay and would return

We loved the staff. Very helpful. Great location we loved the neighborhood. Bathrooms were small by US standards. Beds very comfy. Breakfast food was great, but lacked variety. Would recommend staying here.

The location was perfect. We were close to a lot of things which we could walk to. Also, I can’t say enough about the staff, they were friendly and very helpful with suggestions about where to eat and made my friend and I feel so welcome.
