Wonderful
The staff were wonderful, particularly Marlee, who was always happy, welcoming, and helpful, and her upbeat attitude was outstanding.
Shower was a bit small for bigger people like us.

Location location location was perfect.
Close to resturants and Colloseum.
Staff were welcomkng, warm and helpful.
Air conditioning was amazing.
Top floor room, yes you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get there but lovely outdoor space to sit and enjoy the central Rome energy.
The beds were quite hard.
There was not enough towel hooks and very few hangers for 4 people sharing 1 room.
We only got 1 pillow each.
Breakfast was not great either value for money or taste unfortunately.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, with suggestions of where to go and how to get there. The location was good and is within easy walking distance of most major attractions. The breakfasts were good and we happily recommend this hotel.

Marley was very welcoming and gave us recommendations about the area and attractions. The other team members were also friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a great location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast okay. Rooms are being cleaned everyday.
We are a family of 4 needing a quadruple room. Have bad knees due to osteoarthritis so prefer hotel with elevator. This hotel has elevator up to 4th floor and had to take the narrow stairs to the 5th floor where our room is. On our second day it was raining. Coming down the stairs was tricky where the stairs were wet and the landing floor. Basically a safety issue for guests who might slipped and have accident. The shower room was incredibly small.

Location was excellent. A few minutes from the Colosseum and 10 min or so from the Trevi Fountain. Shops and little cafes within a min or less. Close to everything. Breakfast was so nice. We were treated so well by all the employees. So very helpful and courteous. I would definitely stay there again. I was w my 25 yr old daughter and we both felt extremely safe at the hotel and the whole area. Loved it.

Incredibly friendly staff and excellent location. Breakfast was simple and tasty with a selection of baked goods, eggs, sausage, fruit and drinks. Very clean and comfortable beds.

Good location, close to colosseum and other attractions plus many restaurants close by.
Room was small which we expected from other reviews of annex but seems overpriced imo. The tv, shower and bed were also all tiny to fit the room so only book if you don’t mind this…
