The history and the location were the only two things I liked about the property
The pictures on the website didn’t match the actual size of the room it was very small and they didn’t have basic amenities like toothbrushes ans toothpaste in the room had to call the receptionist and instead of getting it delivered to the room, I was asked to come to the reception to get it.

Charming authentic hotel, the staff were amazing the room was basic but had everything you’d need and more. The staff would ensure that you knew where you were going and for trips like the Vatican so help to make sure you had the correct attire
Friendly, welcoming and so helpful
Air con was a blessing, the shower was good, beds were comfortable and everything was super clean
View of the colosseum at night was just beautiful

The location was excellent and the staff were amazing. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. And they arranged for the safe return of a laptop that was left behind. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast was good.
