Location and staff were excellent. Beds were comfortable. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
Lack of extras in the room such as towels toiletries and coffee pot. Air condition was fair.

Me and my mother loved this hotel! The staff are amazing and always so helpful and sweet! I would love to come back to Hotel Grifo.
The location is perfect, it’s close to everything you want to visit and experience.
The breakfast was good and the staff and chefs were so sweet! The room was always clean and fresh!

The staff was exceptional, helping in any way they could. The location was great - very close to many sights and a cool neighborhood with plenty of boutique shops, restaurants and bars/cafes. It was nice to have breakfast included and they provided a varied selection that should satisfy most.
The only negative was the size of our shower. It was miniscule but we managed and we know that European baths often come with their challenges.

Facility was dated and small. On my short list of hotels in this price range I picked this one because of the "fabulous " rating...2 star facility 5 star staff.

Excellent location and staff were super friendly and so very helpful. Facilities matched the website so no surprises.
Breakfast was excellent and surroundings restaurants in neighbourhood were good value.
Was a bit noisy at night as is in a vibrant neighbourhood but was manageable.

Hotel Grifo is all about location, location, location—you really can’t beat it! But what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible staff. They are the true gem of this property.
From the start, they went above and beyond—offering fantastic recommendations for things to do, places to eat, and even taking care of our dinner reservations. Their warmth and attention to detail made our stay smooth and memorable.

The location is so good, and the staff, specially Marley and the other young guy is so nice to everyone. Thanks them!
The rooms were so small and not soundproof, and I could hear noise from the neighboring rooms, especially in the morning when I wanted to sleep. This was quite disturbing and affected my comfort.

Great location, fine attention to detail , The helpfulness of all the hotel staff was incredible with nothing too much trouble for them. They gave us a WhatsApp number to answer questions we had which was available 24 hours. They even offered to help us with the rest of our trip around Italy.
The shower cubicle was small but we were in the annex. However, after further investigation,this appears pretty normal in Rome

We had a very nice stay at the Grifo Hotel in Rome.
The hotel is located in a very picturesque neighborhood close to most of the important attractions of Rome. There are many good restaurants, bars, cafes and “gelaterias” around.
The staff at the front desk is very helpful with restaurants recommendations and reservations.
The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is good. The breakfast is very rich.
No doubt, we can recommend the Grifo, and we will be back for sure.
