We loved the staff. Very helpful. Great location we loved the neighborhood. Bathrooms were small by US standards. Beds very comfy. Breakfast food was great, but lacked variety. Would recommend staying here.

The location was perfect. We were close to a lot of things which we could walk to. Also, I can’t say enough about the staff, they were friendly and very helpful with suggestions about where to eat and made my friend and I feel so welcome.

Wonderful
Staff was most helpful and accommodating. They even helped us book an excursion and taxi rides. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel is in a great location for walking to tourist attractions.
Some of the ceramic tiles in the room were broken or loose. t would be nice if they were replaced or glued down.

The location was great and the staff was excellent. They recommend places to eat and places to visit. Super friendly.

The location is perfect, near the coliseum and the city center, it is located n a quiet part but near bars, restaurants and places to visit.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
Many of the rooms are located in nearby buildings, not the actual hotel. Getting in is a bit less glamorous than what you would expect. It is similar to renting an apartment.
The rooms themselves are not very pretty and have awkward steps that can be dangerous.
If you are looking for a hotel with great rooms, I would not pick this one.
For my family, it was great, as we only needed functional and clean rooms

The location is really central which made everything easy, and the staff is really exceptional. It upsets me to put a bad review because the staff has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel itself.
The pictures on booking and google maps do not reflect at all the reality of the rooms. The room we got was extremely small, with an even smaller bathroom. There was a cigarette smell in the room and the bathroom that came from the building facing the hotel and the staff cannot do anything about it. The breakfast was ridiculous. No variety, only eggs and pastries. We could add cheese or ham from a menu, and fresh fruits that were bananas and oranges…
The walls and the door in the room are extremely thin, we could hear everything at any time, whether it was the other rooms or the room service cleaning rooms in the morning. Honestly for what we paid it was not worth it at all, we we fooled by pictures and that’s very bad.

Staff are very approachable, and the hotel’s location is perfect for visiting all the major tourist spots. We always felt safe coming and going, even late at night
I think the hotel rate is a but high and hopefully there is flexible time option for the breakfast.

Loved the location--it was so central to everything and made getting around exceptionally easy. Staff were all INCREDIBLE, so kind and helpful and had a jovial attitude. Our room had great AC and a small balcony and we had a great stay--thanks!

The hotel was conveniently located near many of the local attractions in Rome. We took a cab to get to our starting destination each day and walked our way back to the hotel at the end of each day. We felt safe in this area. There were plenty of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and very helpful. The continental breakfast each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. Our hotel room was in the main building and it was just the right size for two of us. We were fortunate enough to have access to a balcony of which we enjoyed. We loved our stay, the staff were awesome, and we would definitely stay here again if the opportunity exists. We highly recommend this hotel.
Cannot think of anything that we didn't like about our stay.

The breakfast was good - a variety of beverages, and food including fresh tomatoes that were delicious. All the staff was very helpful and friendly. Alen was especially helpful with arranging transportation and answering questions before we got started each morning.
Loved that most places we wanted to go were walkable

Great location in the heart of Monti. The staff are all very friendly too, and the rooms very clean and comfortable. I felt very welcomed and safe here. They also called me a taxi for me.
