The staff at the front dest are exceptionally nice and supportive, the location is amazing, the neighborhood is very cozy.

From the moment we walked through the door the staff couldn't do enough for us, from recommending places to eat, pointing out the locations of all the famous sights and generally making us feel very welcome. On our last morning they even provided a takeaway breakfast as we were running late but they didn't want us to leave without having coffee and something to eat whilst we were in the taxi to the airport. Cannot recommend this hotel any higher than a 10 but I would if it was possible.

Fantastic location, able to walk to most historical landmarks within 20 minutes but alao veey close to the metro and bus stations. Great breakfast, very helpful staff that go above and beyond to assist in anyway. Loads of restaurants and shops very close by including a laundromat.
The shower in our room was tiny, a small woman would struggle to simply wash her body.

The property was very clean. The air conditioning was at the perfect temperature. The bed was also perfect and we slept well. Allen was always pleasant and gave great recommendations where to eat and how to get to places. He checked over our plans to make sure everything was in close proximity and we were not bouncing around from one end of the city to the other.

This was exactly what we needed. Excellent location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The room was a great size for us and had all of the basic amenities that we needed. The breakfast was simple and affordable and the staff recommendations for places to visit were very helpful.

The location was exceptional. Monti is a great area to stay if you want to be close to the hustle and bustle but still have some quiet time.
Bed was as hard as a rock. But that’s just personal preference.

Awesome staff and fabulous location, close to all main sites, and surrounded by great restaurants
We were in annex, not main hotel...which was fine but the shower was very very small .. had to shower with door open to be able to wash yourself
This is the only downside of this place.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Nice location close to the colosseum but tucked into a comfortable, lively yet quiet neighborhood. Nice breakfast with great variety and long time range. Comfortable bed and clean room.
Room, as well as bathroom, space were tight but overall comfortable.

The bedroom was very small and the bathroom was even smaller, the sink over hung the toilet.
