It is affordable, comfortable, and clean. The staff are great and the location is perfect for going out and about the city. The breakfast was excellent!
It can be noisy at night and there is no air conditioning so we had the window open. We got used to the city noise but it could be a little bit of a problem for some people.

Centrally located. Close to all the shops. Next to bus stop and taxi stands. Breakfast had a lot of choices. Walking distance to all tourist attractions.
Elevator was slow and sometimes does not work. You had to climb the stairs when elevator was busy and not stopping to pick you up.

The staff was excellent. They did all they could to make our stay as comfortable as possible and were so friendly.
The walls were very thin so we has a neighbor who stayed up until 12:30 talking every night. Good thing it was in a language we don't speak so we didn't feel like we were listening in.

Great location and very well positioned. However, the elevator is not family-friendly — it only fits three people and there is no space for a baby stroller, which makes it inconvenient for families with children.
The elevator at the hotel is not suitable for families. It is very small and can only accommodate up to three people at a time. It is not possible to fit a baby stroller inside, which makes it very inconvenient for families traveling with children.

Exceptional
The location was wonderful. It is a boutique type hotel with few rooms but had a very home like feel ! It is so central in the historical area within the Aurelian Walls of Rome and close to taxi stand ( across the street) , bus lines, restaurants, churches ( if you are religious) and walkable within minutes to the main sights of Rome ! The room is very clean , has a refrigerator with drinks if needed , soaps , tissues , towels - (just no hand lotion )Pricing is very fair and reasonable. Breakfast is full continental and very good. I’ll be back for sure and use this hotel again when I come back to Rome!! I am a solo traveler… but the hotel made me feel safe !
Elevator worked but it is very very tiny / Id say enough to fit one person and luggage going to whatever floor you need to go!
This is not the building’s fault as it is an old building and thankfully has a lift to go to the higher floors - even it is teeny tiny !

Location is great, very near coliseum
Worst shower I’ve ever seen. No door. Floor is higher than the bathroom flops so the water just drains onto the bathroom floor. The bottom of the door to the bathroom is moldy and rotted out due to the water. Walls are paper thin and you can hear every word of the room next to you.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I asked for plates and utensils almost every night, and no matter who was at the front desk, they always greeted me with a smile and were happy to assist.

The location was good enough, and the facilities were decent and good enough.
The view of our room was really off versus the photos.
After all that money that we paid for that reservation, they wanted the money of the waters they added to the fridge back. Was not expecting that.

The staff is very polite, helpful and friendly. It is located very close to most of the historic Roman sites. Good public transportation quick access to bus lines, Metro and Roma Termini.
In general the hotel is very well located for tourism purposes. The breakfast buffet is good value for the money if you want to eat a full breakfast and the quality is good, however the menu does not vary throughout the days.
At this time of the year February/March there is no option to ventilate the bedrooms other than opening the windows (which we did) and it can get quiet warm inside and uncomfortable for sleeping.

We liked the proximity to all the sites we wanted to experience. The staff was friendly & helpful.
Our room was on the busy street side with a balcony which was nice. Although it was quite loud. Endless sirens all times of day. Our room was nice, not sound proof as the room beside was very loud and went on through the evening our final 2 nights.
