Very Poor
We went to this hotel to sleep one night before our next flight. When I arrived, around 21:00 h, our room had open doors and windows, and I immediately noticed a strong cigarette smell. I asked if it was possible to change the room because I am allergic to it, and their solution was to spray our room with an odour eliminator. Of course, it didnt work, and I had a terrible night.
Later, I asked the receptionist if it was possible to schedule a taxi for the following day. The receptionist said yes and didnt say anything about any charge. The next day, the receptionist said, The taxi costs 12 euros. Then, I paid for it, and as soon as we arrived at the airport, the taxi driver asked us to pay for his run. So, we called the hotel to check what was going on, and then they said the 12EUR paid was only a fee to schedule a taxi. In which world a hotel charges 12 euros to make a phone call organising a taxi for a client? If I knew it, I could call by myself.

Location wise was easy to get there. And there was a parking lot on the premises.
It wasn't clean at all. And I am not talking about hard to access spots. I mean, the easy places at eye height seemed to not have been cleaned for a while.

Poor food quality.
Worst location in the midst of nowhere, Industrial + slum area.
They charged tourist tax at the end of my stay. They charged even my 11 years old boy. I regretted booking this hotel. Paid almost 500 euro for 3 days for rubbish service on earth

This was a great place to stay, especially considering the price. The hotel offers an escape from the crowds in the city centre and a high quality accommodation, including services.
The room was nice and spatious, the hotel is overall very nice. Room service is very thorough and flexible - they clean from roughly 9 a.m. to 12 a.m. and respect "don't disturb" signs without skipping your room entirely (unlike in most hotels).
The breakfast, although people complained about repetitivness, offers a very good variety of foods - yoghurt, bread and accessories, eggs and pastries. After 6 nights, I was still very satisfied with the choices and I appreciate that you can get it any time from 7 to 10 a.m.
The neighbourhood around the hotel is very clean and without any "problem elements". Slightly scary is the underpass on the way to Cinecitta, but you shouldn't be afraid using it - the scariest thing you will find there are spiders.
Very important note, the metro A line the hotel is located near has last trains running at 9 p.m. from sunday to thursday (due to a long term maintenance project; most people find out only after arriving to Rome) and the buses are a bit unreliable (they simply don't follow the schedule reported by Google maps). Nevertheless, the hotel offers a free shuttle service during cartain hours + you can take a joy ride on a e-scooter. I highly recommend taking one of these joy rides, as you can get a 3.50 euro pass on Dott for 2x30 minute rides and see the aquaducto park on the way to the centre.
Good restaurants are located just a short ride from the hotel - the closest best restaurant I can recommend is Braceria La Gazza; they have a huge capacity, great pasta and awesome prices. More great restaurants and bars can be found between Subaugusta and Porta Furba metro stations, just a few minutes away from the hotel by public transport or e-scooter.
The only negative I can think of is the absence of glasses in the hotel rooms -> only plastic cups were available (this is based on an economy room; higher class rooms may have glasses at disposal).

The staff was friendly.
Whoever made the website for this hotel, is a liar and/or a genius. Some of the rooms are renovated, unfortunately we got an old one. Not really clean, not nice in any way. Air conditioning did not work all the time and as it worked, it smelled very bad. The breakfast is a joke, but the restaurant in the evening is even worse; we got chicken cutlets from the supermarket's frozen goods section. The hotel is located in an industrial zone.
