Very central on a main street (Via Nazionale) close to the train station, but still very quiet. Rooms are towards the inner court or side streets. Rather small room, but it had everything one would needs. Good breakfast with enough options. Very nice croissants, especially the one with pistachio. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was already at 7:00 even on Sunday (according to Booking, it is 7:30, but this is incorrect).
Despite clear instructions, the I could not get the TV to work (I did not need it). The safety-box could be larger: does not fit a laptop like in many other hotels.

It’s located at a 10 minute walk from Termini Station and close to all public transportation. The rooms are large especially by European standards and quite comfortable. A good breakfast hosted by a friendly attendant is served starting at 7:00 am. The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff, especially the young gentleman at the front desk in the evenings. The staff made my stay completely enjoyable

This small, family hotel just blocks from Roma Termini is my favorite in Rome . I have stayed about 15 times over the last 10 years. This is not fancy but clean, comfortable and staffed with amazing people. Alessandra (proprietor) is always a warm, happy, welcoming presence and shows great kindness to my repeat visits. Agron and Matteo (front desk) are friendly and knowledgeable about activities and dining in proximity to the hotel and always show their interest in helping make your visit memorable. Perfetto!

The location was great. The room size was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived very late at night. However, the hotel manager had sent us instructions to access the Hotel, which were clear and easy to follow. Loved the lift. It was small but beautifully crafted. Would definitely stay again.
The bathroom was on the small side. But not unusual for a city hotel.

I would stay here again next time I’m in Rome. The staff are super nice including the receptionist and the breakfast lady. The breakfast was great.
I love when I enter there is a courtyard with a fountain.
The room looks outdated, but it is super clean. They look nicer than the photos.

Very nice hotel inside an apartment building on a central street close to Termini train station, 10 minutes walk, and only 5 minutes from a metro. So the location is very comfortable, not more then 20 minutes walk from many major turist attractions in rome. The area has a lot of commerce around, nice restaurants that are open pretty late, untill midnight even, Gelato shops. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious and equipped with everything you needed. We had a family room consisting from 2 big rooms with a door in between, a kitchenette at the entrance and a bathroom.
Finally, the staff was very nice and helpful.
We would definitely stay there again if we happen to visit Rome.
The breakfast pretty basic but everything of good quality and a good service.

It's location to many sites and the metro to get around.
After checking in, I came to the front desk asking about what time I need to bring my laundry down so that I can get it done by the next day. The gentleman behind the counter was emphatic that we don't do laundry or have a laundry service. I then proceeded to show him the information on my phone from booking.com stating that laundry was available at a charge. He said well then I have to call booking.com and tell them to change that because we don't have that service. I then stated well I don't come to Rome to do laundry after he tells me that the laundromat is down the street and around the corner. Then on top of it he says okay they'll come and pick it up and get it done and bring it back and they charged me 18 Euros for three pair of underwear to be laundered. So I hope that you'll change what you have in your details of this facility. I always look for a place that I can do laundry or have it done and an elevator which they had an elevator that was fine.
