Very central on a main street (Via Nazionale) close to the train station, but still very quiet. Rooms are towards the inner court or side streets. Rather small room, but it had everything one would needs. Good breakfast with enough options. Very nice croissants, especially the one with pistachio. Everything was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was already at 7:00 even on Sunday (according to Booking, it is 7:30, but this is incorrect).
Despite clear instructions, the I could not get the TV to work (I did not need it). The safety-box could be larger: does not fit a laptop like in many other hotels.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was centrally located and the management was super friendly and helpful. We were travelling with an infant and a toddler and were given Huge rooms that could fit all of us.

Honestly was really shocked and suprised in a positive way. Great value for money, lovely staff, the room was brilliant. I arrived late and everything was explained perfectly to enter. The breakfast offering is greatm the staff all smile.

It’s located at a 10 minute walk from Termini Station and close to all public transportation. The rooms are large especially by European standards and quite comfortable. A good breakfast hosted by a friendly attendant is served starting at 7:00 am. The best thing about this hotel is the friendly and helpful staff, especially the young gentleman at the front desk in the evenings. The staff made my stay completely enjoyable

If there is one aspect that could be improved, it would be the breakfast. While adequate and fresh, a slightly wider variety or more local options would elevate the overall experience.

Breakfast was superb, quality and choice wise. The location is one of the best in Rome. Halfway between Termini and Vittoriano. It is easy to get on foot to all major attractions.
Since the hotel is located in an historical building some of the rooms are somewhat small by today's standards. They are well organized, thus still comfortable. Take this as heads up to adjust your expectations.
