The location of the hotel is great - very close to sights as well as shopping. And the hotel itself excellent in all aspects: not too many rooms, which is great meaning there are no crowds. The breakfast was good and the rooms really excellent: bed and pillows so comfy!!!! And I enjoyed the decor in the hotel, so classy.
There was nothing I did not like. Everything was great!

I knew there wasn't any parking, but I spoke with the receptionist gentleman twice about where to park the car. He was not helpful at all, only telling me to park in the blue area. I spent a full 4 hours searching for paid parking, and I must have visited at least 10 different spots in the city. The receptionist could have simply opened a map and said, 'Sir, this area is closed but there's a large parking space over here you can go to.' I was extremely upset when I eventually found a spot just 5 minutes from the hotel, across the river. I am a tourist, unfamiliar with the area, and I am staying at a luxury hotel in the city center. You say there is parking, then I'm told there isn't, and no proper guidance was provided. Give me back the 4 hours I couldn't spend sightseeing in Rome!!
