Cleaning car always in front of our room making a lot of noise, unstoppable water closet, blocked drainage in the shower, dirty room in the entrance.
Hotel is located in the second floor of an apartment. It should be half price for this service.
You are paying only for the location.

Wonderful location and classical old Roman building entirely refurbished. The hotel is located on 2nd and 3rd floors, but easily accessible by elevator. It is more than in the center of the city!
Not more than the location on the upper floors, but minimal noise.

The air conditioning was not working when we arrived in the room. No staff member was able to help us or seemed well-trained to resolve the issue. They kept saying that the window was open, even though we hadn’t touched anything, and they were actually closed. In fact, one staff member even came to the room to confirm this.
We had to sleep with the window open after the employee who took over the shift at 11 PM told me—while rolling his eyes—that he had just started his shift and that he "obviously" couldn’t do anything to help us at that moment.
The next morning, another staff member came to the room and quickly realized that the latch on the second window (which we hadn’t even touched) was not fully closed. It was an easy fix, but it was certainly not our responsibility as guests to understand how the window locks worked or to perform a room check that the hotel should have ensured was completed, with everything properly set up and functioning.
