Borghese Contemporary Hotel, renewed this spring 2023, is set in the heart of historic Rome, in the heart the popular shopping area around the Spanish Steps. It features a pretty inner courtyard. The Hotel is located inside an 18th century building previosly owned by the Borghese family. All rooms are equipped with Chromecast TV system and active USB charger. Reception is open 24 hours a day. Here you can book museum tickets and get lots of useful tourist information. The Pantheon and Piazza Navona are both around 10 minutes away on foot. I loved the location, the cleanliness, the staff, the Buffett breakfast almost everything was perfect.
The entrance to the hotel was quite surprising and my room was quite close to the reception area.

This hotel doesn't give you the feel that you are in a hotel. The building is half offices and half hotel... little bit weird. Reception is on second floor. From the street you can't imagine there is a hotel. Nice people, breakfast is ok but this hotel's feeling is missing. Cost is high for the very average experience.

Our stay at Borghese Contemporary was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautifully appointed—elegant, modern, and comfortable. The hotel itself was charming and exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming, adding a personal touch to the entire experience. A wonderful place to stay in Rome—highly recommended!

Amazing hotel in every way! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, modern, and air-conditioned, and the location is perfect—central but just enough away from the busiest crowds. The breakfast was excellent, with a great continental variety and high quality. Would absolutely stay here again!

The rooms are nice, clean and confy, the staff is nice. Location is the best!
It has no lobby at street level, you have to access the hotel on a second floor which felt very inconvenient and it has besides stairs, a very small and bad elevator that smelled terrible and it didn’t work for more than one day of our stay. Also two nights we didn’t get the turn down service at night..

Loved the location, staff, cleanliness, breakfast, and decor (much chicer in person than in pictures, and if you like art, you'll enjoy your stay here). This is the perfect boutique hotel.
The room is a bit small, but that is to be expected with European hotels. Otherwise, no complaints whatsoever - everything was lovely.

Hotel located in a very central and quiet area, 10 min walk to the Spanish stairs, lots of restaurants and shops around, the room itself is absolutely gorgeous and very spacious. Staffs at the reception and breakfast are so lovely, will stay here again when next time in Rome!
