There are stairs till the elevator. It's difficult with luggage. But stuff helps you if you ask.

The staff were amazing, nice and helpful. Generally great spot, very close to the center but not in the overwhelmingly over crowded areas. The hotel is really nice and in a beautiful classic building, breakfast was also great.
