The hotel is well-located and generally clean,
But overall, it did not meet our expectations for a 4-star property, especially considering the high price. The room was tiny, and the bed was also smaller than expected. The breakfast was quite basic.

It is a nice hotel! Good location: 3 min to bus station and 12 min to metro station, great restaurants around. It has a great breaksfast and staff. The room is comfortable and very clean.
I asked for a corkscrew and two glasses and they couldn't attend. But the experience overall was really good.

From the moment we got to the hotel the hotel staff was very helpful and attentive to help us with my bags and be sure we were comfortable in our room. When we discovered a leak of water coming from the closet ceiling Mr. Carlos offered to move my family to another room trying to make us to have a good experience in our stay in the hotel, excellent staf !
Because it rained for three days parking was difficult close to the hotel however the staff Mr Carlos made every effort to ensure we were able to off load our bags and reload our bags with little to no problems.

The room was clean and comfy and the location was close to famous sites in Rome. Carlos at the front desk was also very nice and helped us storing our luggage after check out to go around the city for the day.

The location and the neighbourhood. Beautiful, residential, quiet, not very touristy, and an easy walk to the Galleria Borghese. The hotel itself has a warm, comfortable atmosphere. We were offered a welcome drink on the first night. Carlos and the staff were friendly and always there to help in various ways. They suggested restaurants, all within a few minutes' walk, generally frequented by locals . The room was beautifully appointed and the bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was awesome! An amazing range of choices, even pancakes and maple syrup, perfect for us Canadians! Coffee of our choice made to order and brought to the table. Even the taxi arranged by Carlos to take us to the airport was exceptionally comfortable.
We found the shower a little narrow but we adjusted.

After 10 days travelling around Italy I can confirm this hotel was our favorite. The attention was superb, specially from Carlos who was super kind everyday. We liked the hotel so much that we extended our stay here. We used the gym everyday and it was clean and complete which was a great bonus. If you like good attention, and a great location (close to everything) I would highly recommend to stay here! Thank you Carlos for everything

The rooms were clean and comfortable– but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff.
