Great location near termini square.convenient to train, hop on bus and subway. Close to Spanish steps. Frequent taxi availability.
Easter weekend and new pope made crowds heavy at main attractions. Restaurant excellent for breakfast but not dinner. Tiny bar.

Incredible value for money compared to other hotels in same area- very clean- offers free activities- very good breakfast- all staff from reception to waiters and cleaning team were super professional and friendly -

My mom and I had a lovely stay at Hotel Diocleziano. We were pleasantly surprised. Great location, very nice and helpful staff, especially Davide from the restaurant.
Our room was a bit outdated, but it didn´t bother us that much. It was perfectly clean and comfy.

The hotel was amazing! Every single employee I interacted with was nice and willing to help. The employee that stood out the most was definitely Davide, who takes care of the breakfast everyday. By the second breakfast he already knew how we liked our coffee and was also always giving us recommendations of what places to visit and places to eat at based on where we were heading that day. He was very professional while also being very personable, he would be a great manager for the hotel! Breakfast was great, room was great, staff was great, location was great. 3 minute walk from Termini train station which has everything you need to get to all the historic sites.

Quiet street walking distance from Termini train station; felt safe. Bed was comfortable (firm as most Italian beds are) and heat easy to control. Windows easy to open for fresh air. Strong and hot shower.
Carpet in bedroom; breakfast a little weak.

No view, location for us not ideal: a long ride to the airport, and €8 per person each way. Nothing really going on in the area at night.
