Beautifully renovated new rooms and marble bathrooms. Superb veranda overlooking the Roman rooftops, perfect for breakfast.
Amazing friendly staff, attentive to every detail and able to anticipate every single need.
Best location, the only hotel situated inside the designer district, seconds from every major boutique. Food was delicious.
Everything was absolutely perfect, especially the service and stuff.

Room too small first & second one. Bathrooms small. First bathroom had broken faucet in the tub and a very poorly done repair. Noise from street in unbearable. I could hear hotel neighbors in their rooms. Second bedroom in the interior had view to scaffolding, no natural light and a noisy air conditioner and exterior big aluminum flue.

The location was fantastic - that's why we stayed there. The breakfast was also very nice. The staff (mostly) was a bit aloof/frosty.
What I didn't know when I reserved my room was that it was not a renovated room. Had I known that the bathroom had absolutely no counter space, ie no vanity or that the lighting made it impossible to see anything, I would have spent more money for a renovated room. Also, it was impossible to charge any device without a converter which the front desk said they didn't have. None of this information was anywhere to be seen when I made the booking however.

Our rooms were lovely. Just renovated, so they were pristine. Good amenities in the room and very clean, quiet. No view as our room overlooked the inside quadrangle of the building which was covered in scaffolding for ongoing renovations. Breakfast was okay. We've stayed at the Hotel before and remember the breakfast being better - more choice, but it was still very good. At checkin my husband and I were upgraded to a little larger room which is always very nice.
Service was really slow. I think there might be a shortage of serving staff. We had drinks on the outside patio when we checked in. Staff was slow to serve us and slow to bring us another round of drinks too. We had to go looking for someone.
