Exceptional
The stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure we had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the location made exploring the area very easy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The location is fantastic—close to the Spanish steps so it is convenient to get to attractions and amazing shopping, but also tucked away so it is quiet. The rooftop terrace was AMAZING and only wish we didn’t just discover it on the last night

This an 80-rooms boutique hotel located in 3 blocks from Spanish Steps. It's super clean, modern and well equipped rooms, and well decorated lobby. The restaurant is good too. Highly recommended!

The decorations returned me decades back it was a piece of art
The stuff are so friendly and concerned
the concierge was perfect and fast
They refund my wrong booking with a big smile ❤️

Ask for room 218 it was great
They didnt put a dental care in the bathroom which is strange for a 5 star hotel
I didnt like the food the breakfast was so limit and i didnt like the egg i ordered or the pasta or the soup all not good

Avoid the breakfast! It’s far from 5-star quality. The so-called buffet is almost nonexistent, offering only apples, clementines, and a few yogurts. Everything else must be requested from the waitstaff, which feels awkward and frustrating—constantly having to ask for basics like bread, juice, or butter.
Watch out at checkout! They sneak in a “voluntary contribution” of nearly €40 per night on top of the city tax—without prior notice. It’s optional, but they don’t inform you upfront, leaving you to notice it yourself and request its removal. This lack of transparency is unacceptable for a luxury hotel.
Basic amenities were neglected... Despite booking a deluxe double room, we were given just one bottle of water and no coffee, day after day. We had to ask for it ourselves on the last day—hardly the service you expect at this level. They also have some maintenance issues. The shower door wouldn't fully close, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Each time we showered, we had to mop up the mess with towels just to be able to use the bathroom until housekeeping arrived.
Disappointing experience overall. This hotel cuts corners where it shouldn’t, and that’s not what you pay for in a five-star establishment.

The property is more of a boutique hotel than large property. It is immaculately clean and the staff go above and beyond with service and level of professionalism.
The rooms are relatively small but are very well furnished and comfortable.
The breakfast is excellent.
The addition of all the “service charges” on the final bill. We do not expect to pay to have housekeeping visit the room. I have a huge personal dislike to pre added service charges and feel they should be at discretion of the guest for excellent service.
