Location was convenient enough but near a busy tourist site. Breakfast was fine nothing special but not bad in any way. Staff were all friendly.
Room was alright, shower was either hot or cold no in between. They started construction at 6:00AM directly outside of our room one morning. The walls are very thin and you can hear others.

We were in the family suite that had 2 bedrooms with their own bath and a living room between them. It was an amazing room. The breakfast was THE BEST breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at. And just across the narrow street was a fabulous pizza and salad restaurant. Just steps from the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. Couldn't have a better location.

The location is the perfect location. It’s just around the corner from the Trevi Fountain, close to the Spanish Steps and a quick 20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The only time I had to pay for transportation was to the train station and to St. Peter’s Basilica. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was extensive and good quality. I’d definitely stay again

Clean, lovely staff, great location, amazingly quiet room (requested - at back , no view but so quiet). Brilliant pizzeria across the road.
Would have liked fresh cut fruit at breakfast rather than tinned, and more choice of breads. Otherwise, nothing.
