It is a really cool hotel in a fantastic location with a really nice buffet breakfast - really charming place and neighbourhood - the inter-connecting room was excellent in size and style - brilliant overall.
Our air conditioning in one of the connecting rooms couldn’t get to the right temperature - which was about of a problem as that part has no windows. But this was minor. Only other issue was not being able to organise taxis or transfers quickly through the hotel but maybe it was just bad that weekend.

Great location, quite central to everywhere we visited. Friendly staff. There was a tea/coffee station on each level which came in handy.
Air con was centrally controlled however it was easy to get the temperature changed through contacting the staff via WhatsApp

Wonderful
Breakfast was just the right combination and variety and got us off to a great start each day. The building itself is wonderful and staff very helpful. Location for first timers is perfect, so easy to walk or catch a bus to all the major sites and termini.
Only one thing to mention - we had a triple room and the extra twin bed was very hard and not as comfortable as the queen (no complaints on that!)

Amazing location close to the city centre but also close to Trastevere
The internet connectivity could’ve been better. Our room faced the street and it was a little bit noisy.

Lovely old building and as you would then expect not as smart as newer properties but for me this did not detract
Location great, staff very helpful with trying to assist with lost luggage and taxis etc
Breakfast venue across the alley but breakfast offerings were great
only issue for me was room size, not much space for luggage or storing clothes out of case… even though one case only arrived late on day 3 of our 4 day stay!.. otherwise room was fine, clean and modern, beds v comfy!

location was excellent but the images on Bookings.com for the room were different to what we received. I thought i had ordered a room with a view but received a dark room with no view.
room wasn't what i was expecting and staff second day evening lady was quite unapproachable.
