Wonderful
The location is excellent, although you do need to be careful of pickpockets in any area of Rome.
The room and overall decor of the hotel is excellent.
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
The is no restaurant except for breakfast which is served in the bar area.
The bar is open 16:45 until late but is a bit lacking on atmosphere but they do serve good cocktails and drinks.

Delicious breakfast served in hotels bar offering a nice view on the street. You have plenty of options to choose what to eat on breakfast and they serve delicious coffee. The hotels location is literally in the very center of the area with most important spots to see. We didn't have to use public transport ever. The hotel has nice terrace on the roof which offers wonderful view on the skyline of Rome. The Staff was very helpful, nice and professional. The hotels neighborhood is vibrant and we felt safe there. The museum of Leonardo da Vinci is across the street which is a good option in case the weather won't cooperate :). We can definitely recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel in a great location! Francesca at the front desk was wonderful and Matteo in the bar was engaged and informative. The breakfast was perfect to start the day. The balcony view was incredible. We would certainly return for our next visit!
Additional outlets/USB ports would enhance the rooms.

It was chilly in the room (top floor, corner room, large window) and it was not possible to set air conditioner to more than 23 Celius. In reality, it must have been ~20-21 degrees.
Other than that, all ok.

It was a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to all the major sights and good food. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Love the terrace at the top!

The room was really nice , beatifully furnished and had a large bathroom with a bathtub. the heated bath towel rack had a nice touch. The Hotel was easy to communicated with answered all my questions. My wife lost her luggage at beginning of trip , even though we were going to come to this hotel days later we had airlines deliver luggage to hotel days before we arrived. they kept luggage for us and had it in our room on checkin this was a very exception service. Hotel Breakfast was fabulous

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect for sightseeing on foot! Beautiful palazzo just a few steps away!

Very comfortable and clean room. Nice lobby, bar and wonderful rooftop. Ideally located in the old city, close to all major sights. Really friendly and efficient staff (we had an issue with a light at night but a solution was directly provided). Nice breakfast.
Nothing apart from the fact that, situated close to a main road, if you sleep with the windows open at night, it can be quite noisy (but well isolated when windows are closed).
