I checked out and left my very important shoes in my room and called the hotel after leaving within 5 minutes to ask them to keep my shoes and sent mail but they replied that they didn’t find it that is not acceptable because they have all details to check the room this hotel 4 stars it not happen even in bed and breakfast stay

Bar tender was cool. Location was great. Staff was helpful. Good food and drinks at the bar and restaurant as well.
We were given a twin bed room when I specifically requested a full and we had to push the beds together to sleep. The air conditioning was shut off and it caused the room to be so hot that even an open window didn’t keep it cool. Lost a lot of sleep due to the heat.

Breakfast was good.
Rooms were clean.
Right next to a large shopping center.
Gym was open between hours that I could not use it. Staff gave me a key to get in 24/7.
Location of our room. Ground floor looking out at a back alley. So didn't feel safe opening the window to ventilate the room.
Airco in the room was broken. Asked reception to get this fixed, but nothing was done. Couldn't sleep for 3 nights.

We had an amazing experience during our stay. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout our visit.
One area for improvement would be the dining options. We found that vegetarian choices were quite limited. Adding more variety for vegetarian guests would make the experience even better.
Despite this, we truly appreciated the hospitality and would recommend to others. Looking forward to visiting again!

The fact that the room was in a different building - I had to go out even to go to breakfast. The heater in the room is old and not working prperly. The walls are dirty, the bathroom items stained. Everything very old. The personal at the reception rude - I forgot my macbook in the room and it was difficult to get it back - I had to threaten them with the police to mae them give the macbook to the person that I asked to take it for me. The TV was not working. Not a 4 stars hotel !!! The pictures here on booking have nothing to do to the reality!

The Hotel position was wonderful . Close to the airport and the city of Rome.
The Taxi service was really good to and from the city. The Euroma 2 shopping center next to the hotel was very convenient. We stayed at your hotel three times in three weeks with a different room each time and they were all lovely. The beds were very comfortable but I’d like to mention the linens including the gorgeous cotton face cloths and hand towels. All linens were luxurious. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable. A lovely peaceful place to rest.

Wonderful
The porch was great and gave an extra space for outdoor sunbathing. Breakfast was fantastic, and so were the staff. Metro was within reach, giving me access to almost every part of the city without digging deeper into my pocket.
The Wifi was very poor. The bathtub was deep, unnecessarily smooth, raised, and slippery, presenting a challenge in getting in and out. They can replace it with a flatbed shower. The rest of the room was great.

Comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Very comfortable bed and excellent service. Sara's service at the front desk was spectacular; she was very friendly, always cheerful, and helpful. She made all the difference!
