- Staff is the strongest point of this hotel. Mr Angelo and all the staff made us feel very welcomed. Best staff we met for a long time. For this reason, I'm giving an extra point 9 instead of 8
- Breakfast is simple but of a good quality
- Position: 15 mins walking distance to Trevi Fountain, 10 from Termini Rail station, about 25 to Colosseum
- Confortable bed and pillows
- Bathroom needs quite a restoration (bathtub is damaged). Exiting from the shower is quite uncomfortable due to narrow space.
- Internet was Unstable

Very kind staff, communicative, willing to make your stay the best they can.
The noise during the night. We heard every little noise from other rooms (guests using the toilets/talking, moving dishes etc.) the floors above and below the hotel (moving furnitures/ from the bar below) and checking in/out during the night made it impossible to sleep without interruptions, each and every night!! We received stained towels few times. The temperature of the water at the bathroom was not stable, from ice cold to extremely hot without touching the faucet.

Probably best reception I've ever received so far. We got amazing city center explanation with detailed map of what to see at the reception desk from Simon which helped us a lot in our city exploring. And there is also as well tasty breakfasts and great room service.
