Location was excellent, breakfast was good although the cornetti could have been better, fruit, nuts and cereal were good as was the scrambled egg and bacon. Cold cuts and cheese also great.
Reception and other staff really were exceptional
There was a bit of ambiguity about our booking, so be careful to say exactly who is in each room. I’m not sure whose error it was, ours, booking.com or the hotel system. We will definitely go back to this hotel if in Rome

Great hotel, 5 mins from main station. 20-30 mins walk from most attractions. Breakfast was great. Not massive selection but all fresh. Lady serving made coffees/Teas etc and kept everything nice and really clean. Hotel had a lovely "personal/family" feel, didn't feel like a chain impersonal hotel. Hotel reception staff nice and welcoming. Would have no hesitation in recommending and would definitely stay again.

Staff was nice, location pretty good.
Room was small and overall very basic. Breakfast wasn't great. I think 4.5 stars is overrated. Also although great to be near train station it's up the hill from all the main sites.

The location was great. It was a 5 minute walk from the train station with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. It was the best sleep I had in a long time. The room was small but it had everything needed including MANY hangers in the closet. The shower pressure was perfect. Housekeeping provided fresh towels and replenished room amenities on a daily basis. Our room was freshened up every day. The AC worked well continuously and there are lots of electric and USB outlets in the room. There is a nice terrace for breakfast and from 5 to 8 you can purchase cocktails. Free Wifi worked well all the time we were there.
The juices at breakfast were too sweet and not the healthy options. Most hotels in Italy offer freshly squeezed orange juice but this one didn't. The food selection was good but it lacked appeal. I felt that the lady operating the breakfast service could use more help. She prepared the spread, made and served coffees, cleared tables and replenished water and food. Although she was extremely efficient, it was hard for her to keep up with the number of people she was serving. No free water bottles in the rooms.
