The service was very good. The receptionist Anka was super. She gave us very good tips for enjoying Rome. The location is excellent. Close to the termini and with easy access by metro, bus and on foot to the best attractions in Rome
The bathroom is a little outdated

Mold in the bathroom. Very limited breakfast menu. Worst breakfast coffee I have ever got, which is surprising in Italy.t

Breakfast. Needed fresh fruit, better bread, more hot choices, not just boiled eggs or freeze dried scrambled eggs. In Italy in September would have expected melon, peaches, grapes not a small dish of cut up apples.

Location was good. Staffs are so kind and cooperative. Classic style of interior makes me feel like I'm in the 1900s. We've had a breakfast at the beautiful terrace with european parings. Overall, quite well.
