Location.
A very bad small IN the bathroom and in the room coming from the bathroom. We announced at reception but without success. Cleaning superficial every day.

The staff was really freandly and helpful! The Breakfast was much better that what I thought. Good connection whit the city.

The staff was lovely. Breakfast was good, a lot of choices and everything was delicious. The location is also good, far from the city and nice neighborhood, but very close to the metro.
Although the towels were changed daily, and room was being made which was nice, there was a lot of dust in the room. Every single table in our room had a lot of dust every day, probably from changing the sheets. One day we also had couple of ants in bathroom. The room is also very small, so it had an unpleasant smell every time we would walk in and we needed to keep terrace doors open. The wifi wasn’t working for 2 days, don’t know if that happens often, but it did happen during our stay.

This hotel does deliver an excellent quality for its price.
The only thing you could argue is that it's outside of the city centre but with the metro and a bus station in walking distance that gets solved as well. A top hotel in Rome.

Modern, well-equipped, spacious room with a comfortable bed. The staff is very kind, the breakfast is delicious, with a wide selection. It is in a very good location in terms of public transport.

It’s calm, not much sound from the road. The hotel is close to the metro. A walk of 8-10 mins. A mini super market close by. A bit far from the main city centre but metro is close by. Superb breakfast and good hospitality

-comfortable bed
-on the day of arrival I was mocked by the receptionist
-I had to change the room 2 times with the help of the manager (who was not according to the reservation request)
-very cold in the room
-the coffee at breakfast was quite bad... a paradox for Italy - the land of coffee shops (in all of ROME I could not find a quality espresso...it was a strong, bitter juice...
